I cannot recommend this company enough
I cannot recommend this company enough. I was playing in Portugal and found a set of clubs I fell in love with so I searched about for them and that led me to Evolution Golf. The delivery said 5-10 days, and I wanted them ideally for when I came back from holiday so I could play with them the day after coming back (3 days after I was inquiring for them). I contacted the customer support and they were incredible, they got in contact with their supplier and found me a set which could be sent with next day delivery the very next day and they came perfectly on time, the day I got back from holiday. Fantastic company, cannot recommend enough.

Poor customer service
Had a problem with a component of my £1k+ order. Emailed 5 times and only had one reply saying it had gone into ‘junk’ and could I resend the image of the issue. No comms since and I’ve now asked Klarna to resolve it in my behalf. Terrible customer service - will not use them again.

Customer service was just terrible. Took ages to reply to every query. Took weeks to process a large refund for a faulty trolley.

We’re really sorry to hear you were left feeling disappointed. We do want to reassure you that we did everything possible to resolve the issue quickly and fairly: we covered the cost of returning the faulty trolley, offered you a replacement, and processed a refund once the item was received.
The delay with the refund was due to banking timescales, which unfortunately are outside of our control, but we understand how frustrating that must have felt and apologise for the inconvenience it caused.
We truly value your feedback and will continue working to improve our communication and processes so future experiences feel smoother.

Ordered Motocaddy drinks holder. Item never got delivered. Contacted EG 3 times through EBay.
Was contacted back and they remedied the issue promptly once contacted directly

Great product, great price and great service.....but let down by the DHL courier who should have delivered on Saturday but cancelled the delivery at the last minute, turned up on Monday despite paying the extra.
