It’s a very comfortable belt and fits well, I have only tried it on but I can see it being helpful
It does take a while to come but I messaged the company and they reassured me in a quick email response

The product was delivered in reasonable time and what little use I have had it would appear to have some benefit. What was disappointing was that it arrived in a plain unbranded bag with no instructions for use. I would have thought that any product supplied for physical well-being should have instructions for do’s and don’ts and how to best manage different aches and pains.

Excellent communication with company, and product quality. I have tried many back supports in the past, but this one is the best I've ever had. It fits well, and has perfect adjustment, I use it with a TENS machine and it supports the pads and prevents movement of them.

Dealt with my exchange quickly although my fault for ordering wrong size. I received the second delivery within a week. They kept me well informed of delivery. Having used it for only 2 days I have already gained relief so it was well worth waiting for.

From ordering till receiving the product everything was brilliant.

The back brace works great in helping me with my workouts lifting weights. It has saved me some back pain.

My experience so far after just a few hours is a good one. The pain in my lower back has subsided greatly and I can feel that the product is pulling my vertebrae apart. Surprisingly, however, is the heat. The belt warms up the middle of my back and adds extra comfort.

I'm very happy with my purchase and I just started to use it and it is making a difference.
