I purchased Exact Mats for my new Hyundai Tuscon and absolutely love them. They are custom cut for your vehicle, so they fit perfectly! I have Exact Mats for 2 of my other vehicles as well. They help keep your original mats looking brand new. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. High quality product & excellent customer service!

The ordering process was easy
The ordering process was easy. The mat came sooner than I expected and it was an exact fit. I have all Exact Mats in my Lexus. They always stay in place. A great product. Have had them for 12 years. Only the driver’s side has had to be replaced due to wear.

Terrible customer service!
They sent me the wrong product as it was way too big to fit my car. On their website they state they would get back to customer within 1 day, not the case! I had to leave several messages before I even got a response. After admitting it was their error, I sent back product the same day I received their return label and emailed them about the return. You would think they would be a little more proactive and send me the correct product ASAP. They did not do anything. After this I asked for a refund. Would not recommend this firm, there are other manufactures/companies with the same product. Go buy it from them

Our sincerest apologies once again for not getting back to you within 1 business day. Our goal is to get back to all customer inquiries within 1 business day of receipt, but in this situation, we definitely dropped the ball.
In looking at your support ticket, it looks like the incorrect mats were sent to you in error and we were actually able to exchange the mat for the correct ones, at no cost to you. However, you elected to return the product, which is totally fine, too.
Per our support ticket, we've already fully refunded you and have even extended a special code for you to use at checkout, as an apology. Should you change your mind, feel free to use the offer code we sent you.
Once again, we're very sorry for the issues you've experienced. Your feedback has been passed along to the leadership team and will be used to improve our processes so that this does not happen again.

That said, we feel that once you get a set of mats in your car, you see how perfectly they fit, and how clear they are, you'll feel the order was well worth it! Of course, we appreciate your feedback and will absolutely take this into consideration in the future.

David was outstanding and assisted me immensely with the pre-mature yellowing of drivers side of my Cadillac DTS's ExactMat floor mat. I also ordered a new rear set for my wife's 2010 Camaro rear passenger area. I thoroughly enjoy the ExactMats and how they cease any wear on the original or upgraded carpeted inserted Lloyds Mats.
Again David was fantastic and extremely helpful!!!!
I have already told my close friends and relatives about how terrific your products are.
