What you've been looking for!
Jeff's teaching style is relaxed yet effective. Topics are presented in small chunks and followed by examples to work through. All of the information presented is on point for Controllers and anyone else using monthly Excel workbooks. This course was well worth the time I invested in it.

I m updating this review…
I am editing this review because I received a response explaining that I have work-arounds.
I can in fact progress to the upper levels without completing the lower level - I just found that out.
I don’t have to listen to an hour of lecture there are 15 min abbreviations. Good to know. AND there are people i can call.
I’m going to get my Masters in Excel at ExcelU before my subscription expires.

Hi Vivekanand. I'm sorry you did not like the course. I just wanted to clarify a couple of points though. First, you do NOT need to complete the lower level undergrad lessons in order to do the advanced masters lessons. The course has open navigation so you can navigate to any lesson and jump into the materials. Second, you do NOT need to listen to an hour of lecture for each lesson, you can instead view the short-form lecture videos which are typically 5-15 minutes long. In the future, if you have any questions about how the course works, please do feel free to contact us so we can help. You can get extra help about the program through email, phone, student forum, live office hours, live student orientation meetings, or live study halls.

A great course (Volume 1) on Excel fundamentals!
The Volume 1 course is very relevant to my professional accounting needs. It is very well designed and presented. To earn the certificate of course completion, you must demonstrate a thorough understanding of its contents; and that adds credibility to the certificate that is then received by the participant. Jeff's knowledge on excel and his…
Jeff's knowledge on excel and his ability to teach the ins and outs of the program are exemplary. However, there have been some significant drawbacks to this program. I use a mac for my job, and this program is not mac friendly. It provides and quizzes on keyboard shortcuts that do not work for mac. It also is using an out of date version of excel, which did have additional limitations.
