Thank you for your comment and we are delighted you like the colour you purchased from us, I'm sorry this item is out of stock at present this range has only recently been added to our catalog and for that reason it is difficult to predict the demand for the individual colours within the range but the good news is that we have new product and brand new metallic colours arriving into stock within a few days, we have also put you on to our automatic stock alert so you will be the first to know when they arrive into stock.

Thought I had a problem and wonderful response!
Ordered a product which I had used previously and thought it wasn't working so rang through. The lady who answered the phone was fab offering to send out again immediately. As it happened I put phone down and tried holding switch on longer and hey presto! Slightly changed from last appliance! Rang back and she couldn't have been nicer. Top marks!!! Will be using again!

Excellent customer service.
After making payment for a purchase before i included another pair of scissors i was a little miffed at realising my mistake and mentioned it in an email just as a throwaway comment. I was very pleased to see that i had received a refund on the second postage once both my orders had been looked at and sent together instead of separately. A little thought goes a long way and i will definitely be recommending the company to my friends.
