The training was a blaze. The Materials that were provided by Excelsior Certification LLC are excellent. The trainees were two professionals of great experience in the field of the Civil Engineering, in which the main type of Projects are mainly predictive, but I involve them in the areas of Agile and Adaptive projects so they may have a full circle vision of adaptive and predictive, a hybrid vision of the projects, that is required for the Certification Exam. The so important management, support and coaching of the Project Team, adding the Earned Value Management, Decision Trees, the importance of the Etic and Honest behavior under any circumstance, which is required throughout the test to succeed in the PMP/PMI Certification Exam. We also review the project Scheduling using the CPM technique, as well as the techniques of fast tracking to keep the Project on schedule and on budget. In terms of the venues, where we had the training sessions, the customer service was great as well as the High-Speed Internet link, that was working perfect. At the end , We review some typical questions and Additional References Books and Study Tips and Preparation for the Exam techniques, as well as the needed formulas for some question on it.

Just finished the PMP course and it was well worth the cost and my time. The instructor was knowledgeable with real world applications for the material we were covering. I feel very prepared to begin studying for the PMP certification exam.

I am an independent instructor and recently led an Excelsior Conflict Management class in Sarasota, FL. The robust material is a mix of theory and case studies. Excelsior recommends we use real life situations from students and address them. We did. The students learned how to better manage real life situations and appreciated that we took the time to explore them in detail.

I recently had the opportunity to teach a PMP exam prep instructor-led class for Excelsior. It was a fantastic experience for me and the students. The Course material from Excelsior is comprehensive along with videos and practice questions. Over a period of four days we covered various principles related to both waterfall and Agile methodology for Project management. I provided real life examples to explain the various concepts. Overall it was an excellent bootcamp for the students to prepare them for the PMP exam.

I recently attended the PMP prep course presented by Diana Stansberry. I found it very informative and Diana presented the information very well. I feel that I am well prepared to take the exam.

Great PMP Training Class taught by Diana Stansberry. The class was small which allowed for more questions and flexibility of the structure of the class. We covered all the materials and I feel that I am prepared to take the PMP class, with some studying and review of course.

I recently taught a PMP exam prep instructor-led class to a small audience of professionals who manage projects for a home improvement company in West Hartford. I thought it to be a fantastic opportunity to introduce the Agile mindset by conducting the course as a project and listing all the course activities in a Product Backlog of a Kanban Board. Listed were the six lessons, the specialty courses, videos, and a sampling of test questions. This provided for the interactivity a sprint team would have so we behaved like a team in completing the activities. There had to be a consensus on the refinement of the backlog each day and there was always applause when we moved activities to the done column. By the last day, this small group were discussing how to implement the Kanban into their own work environment. This was most rewarding as they experienced real world Kanban AND they received the tools they need to pass the exam. This company sent some of their smartest and most knowledgeable leaders to take advantage of Excelsior’s exceptional exam prep materials and hand-picked instructors.

A very good experience. They provided a straightforward number of scheduling options, which I took advantage of the weekend training.
