We use executive travel every year for our journeys. Drivers always pleasant and customer friendly. Today the driver who picked us up made our journey extra special as we chatted, unfortunately we didn’t get his name but he was hilarious. Mr & Mrs Elliott xx
I was recommended MJH Executive Travel by one of their clients, the Ramada Hotel in Coventry, to transport a group of 10 friends to and from the Bob Dylan concert at the CBS Arena.
Very professional and “welcoming” service in comfortable, clean and well-driven vehicles… and in all the “usual”traffic challenges of a big concerts they did their best to get us close up to the arena entrance … and were able to pick us up from the same spot without too much fuss…. in what had become the beginnings of a very wet evening/night.
I’d not used MJH before but am happy to recommend them to others.
Have used this company for a few years now both personally and professionally and never had a problem. Every driver has been extremely accommodating and adjusting to the ever changing demands of travel. Great Communication every time. Would recommend
I had an airport transfer with Executive Travel Solutions and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Communication was great even at an early hour, and my driver was right on time. The whole journey was seamless, comfortable, and completely stress-free. He carried and packed all of my bags, was waiting with a clear board when I landed, even pushed my trolley back to the car. He let me use his hotspot when my phone wasn’t working, which was such a lifesaver. I felt like a total VIP from start to finish. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be using them again.

Don't be fooled by the professional looking website - all that means is that they're good at graphic design. Read the Tripadvisor reviews. I wish I had. This company is quick to take your money, but when it comes time for the transport - ghosts. I paid US$311 for transport between Southampton and London. No show at pickup time. Called 4 times and sent 2 emails - no response, no driver. After waiting 45 minutes, gave up and scrambled into an Uber. My credit card company refunded me immediately. What does that tell you about this company? Seems like maybe MC has heard this complaint before....

Excellent all-day service. We travelled from London to Kent and back, with four stops in Kent. Murad is an excellent driver (on motorways and on country lanes) and a delightful person. He responded so well when we called him at each stop to say we were ready to leave there, and what could have been a difficult day was made very easy by his efficiency and calm nature.
