We’re partnered with Sage, who is incredibly responsive—the best rep we’ve had. Their tech, onboarding, and sales teams have all been excellent to work with.
I have been with exercise.com for 3 years now and initially it was absolutely awful the set up was long and painful. The migration to the app again painful. But it was a new platform so teething errors were somewhat expected. We finally got to a good place and everything was running smoothly. They have now done an update and it’s even worse than when they first began. I have emailed daily with a different glitch. Support can never actually help they just respond and say we will send to level 2 support or the engineered. You can’t speak directly with engineering so it’s constant bouncing back and forth and takes weeks for things to be sorted affecting your businesses!! But the latest one has completely ruined it for me! My clients measurements that have been in the system for years or months have completely changed eg a waist measurement is recorded in the app as 252cn which is not what I input it is the same for all clients not just one. I input my own weight and then go onto the system and it shows a completely wrong weight so now I have lost all of my clients progress over the years which is so upsetting. It’s so expensive (as an Australian customer) and for the support you receive it’s shocking! I have requested zoom calls to go over glitches and get ignored and refused. They just say they’ll pass the glitch on
This was the best decision I’ve made moving forward with my fitness career! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. John was so awesome to work with! He was so patient and kind. He made sure I understood everything. He kept me in the loop the entire time, and then some! I truly can’t express how grateful I am that I found exercise.com and was able to work with the team I had!
Our strength and conditioning gym has 100+ athletes on Exercise.com and its iOS app. We have been experiencing bugs in the software intermittently. They consistently told us it was "user error" for the first ~3 months. Then they began asking us to send screenshots videos of our experience for ~2 months. Then they pushed out a new version of the app and said, "It is fixed. Your users just need to delete the old app and install the new one." It has the exact same issue. They always respond to our emails. However, Exercise never actually does anything when it comes to correcting bugs. After months of no progress trying to resolve multiple issues, I tried to connect directly with the CTO (who by the way was "CTO" of something like 5-10 companies simultaneously - yeah, right!) and he simply ignored me. DO NOT trust your business with this software. The only thing good about the company is their marketing.

I recently transitioned my entire private coaching business over to Exercise.com after my previous white-label app unexpectedly announced it was being removed from the App Store with extremely short notice. What could have been a stressful, chaotic situation turned into the smoothest possible experience thanks to the Exercise.com team!!
From day one, the technical support team, Success team, and my CMS manager have been nothing short of incredible. They took the time to explain every step clearly, answered every question (even the tiny ones), and truly understood the urgency of my timeline. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that my new personalized app was built, customized, and approved in the App Store as quickly as possible.
The transition was seamless - far better than I expected - and I felt supported the entire way through. The platform itself is built in a way that gives my clients the high-touch, professional experience I need for my coaching business.

I have been with exercise.com for 4-5 years now, and normally have great things to say about it. However, in the last 3 months I have had more issues than the first years alone. My app has not been able to play my own videos for 3 months now, so clients cannot use that part of the software. My participant waivers couldn’t get filled out due to an error for over a month which clearly is a huge legal issue I’ve had to work around on my own. My integrity as a coach that can deliver a great service is getting compromised and clients are now cancelling because they’re not getting what they’ve signed up for. And in trying to get compensated for the time the app hasn’t been working (a service which I pay for ahead of time), I’m getting told a flat no.
One of the biggest upsides has been working with Abbie. She is incredibly responsive to my emails, always follows up quickly, and consistently provides clear solutions whenever problems come up. Having that level of support has made the entire experience smoother and more efficient.
Exercise is VERY in depth, and their onboarding/success team has been extremely hands-on and helpful with the set-up process. I decided to register through Apple and Google for the app myself, and Wheskie still made sure everything was set up correctly. Abbie has been amazing in my onboarding and making sure I understand the platform, utilizing it exactly how I need to. Overall, they try to make it as seamless as possible to adopt the software. Support is also prompt with any issues and questions I have!
The customer support is truly above and beyond. My customer success manager, Abbie Sexton has been amazing. The system is challenging to get used to and onboarding is a beast (but worth it). The Zoom meetings and videos I've shared with Abbie have made this feel doable and fun.
John was so helpful throughout this process. he kept me in the loop with the progress of the app, and was quick to respond to emails I had with questions. He made the process easy, and I felt confident that we were on a productive timeline with the app launch!
Support team all around was great. They were fast and responsive and really made sure their clients were helped.

The company did a really great job with delegating tasks to different people. I was able to work with one person for migrating my previous data, another person for developing my app, and another person to help and oversee the entire onboarding process! The hands on approach is really what sets them apart from other companies that I have worked with.
