I have never disputed that forgetting the Tesla key card was our mistake, and I acknowledged that clearly in my original review. My review was not about the fact that a solution couldn’t be found, it was about the way the situation was handled.

Unfortunately, your response reinforces the concerns I raised. Rather than acknowledging our experience as customers, much of your reply focuses on your staffing issues, operational challenges and the costs your business incurred. While I appreciate those difficulties, they are internal business matters and not something a customer should be made to feel responsible for.

I was also disappointed to read that you described me as “a little more irate” because I was struggling with a toddler. I don’t believe that is a fair or professional characterisation. We had just discovered that the service we had booked could not be provided, we were trying to find an alternative before missing our flight, and we had a young child with us. Anyone would understandably feel stressed in those circumstances. Labelling my reaction in that way, rather than acknowledging the situation we were placed in, only reinforces my original comments about the lack of professionalism.

I appreciated receiving a full refund, and I acknowledged that in my original review. Refunding a service that could not be provided was the correct outcome, but it does not change the experience we had.

My review was not written “in anger,” as you suggest. It was an honest account of our experience. I genuinely hope you reflect on this feedback, because while mistakes happen, the way customers are treated when things go wrong is what they remember most.

Whole process was smooth - from booking online, email confirmation, instructions via email, telephone call to check we were running to schedule, drop off, pick up - all seamless!
Great price, lovely and helpful staff, really appreciated not having to worry about paying for short stay ticket on drop off and pick up. Also really appreciated the little complimentary love hearts on pick up - the perfect sugary treat for the drive back home!
Will definitely use this service again!

Accommodating, professional service. With great communication and a good price. Really convenient just parking outside the terminal. Plus held my name up on a board in arrivals which made me feel like a rock star. 10/10.

Fantastic service. We were greeted at the airport car park by a very friendly gentleman. On our return, the staff were there to greet us inside the terminal and helped to carry our luggage back to our car, even covering the prepaid ticket to exit the car park. Very reasonably priced as well, and much cheaper than parking at the airport. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

What an excellent service! car collected at the ungodly hour of 4am - very prompt and friendly. Likewise on departure - someone waiting for me as I came back - I was driving out the car park as other passengers were still traipsing around with cases -thank you - highly recommended 👏👏

Excellent service.
We received a call as we were driving to the airport telling us our pickup man may be a little late (it was only a few minutes), we thought letting us know was a nice touch. Our return flight was delayed but their man was there to meet us on arrival.
Our car was photographed all round on arrival and the mileage logged (it travelled 6 miles total for parking); both personnel we dealt with were very friendly, and all in all we received a very professional service.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Cheaper than any other option, completely flexible when our flights were messed around and greeted with a smile within minutes both ends of the booking … absolutely recommend them!!!

What a great service. Our driver (Lewis?)was waiting when we dropped off the car and again in the terminal when we returned. No waiting around. A meet and greet, I would wholeheartedly recommend.

We used this service and landed tonight! We were met by a very polite and enthusiastic Harry Potter looking blond lad. He had our name written on his colouring book and told us he’d just bought a Peugeot and it’s super duper fun! He paid for our ticket using his parents bank card and helped us with our luggage! Lovely kind and well mannered lad!

As we headed off his apprentice in training told us he’d parked our car “dead” straight for us and wished us a safe journey home!

Both then stood at the barriers and waved us off like Forest Gump on his shrimp boat!

Driver gave us a curtsy call an hour in advance to check our arrival time and was there to greet us as we entered the Carpark which is directly opposite the main entrance so couldn’t be any closer. The driver was very polite and professional and wished us a safe journey.
The collection process was equally as professional , The Exeter Valeport staff we were waiting for us in the arrivals area and welcomed us back and provided us with the keys, directions to our car which was parked in the same Carpark opposite the terminal building. I must say the little gifts in the car were a very nice touch.
Three words would sum up our experience great great great and Exeter Valeport will definitely be our go to parking provider

Excellent service, greeted at carpark within 10 minutes of arrival, text service also excellent, smoothly stress free service, was met at departures on return, guide took us to car and even took a suitcase, car also valeted while away and nice smelly air freshener left , lovely gesture.
Would highly recommend!
