I had an unexpected international trip come up, and I wasn't sure where to start with my travel documents. Sadly i did not find any reviews of this company before i used them. i thoght they were affiliated with fedex kinkos, but clearly they are not. i was scammed out of my money. do not use them. its a scam.

Rated PG for Pure Garbage.... I don't typically get screwed but this place tried to get me.... Thank god for Chase CC. Full refund after disputing the charge. Stay away from this place............. I'd love to meet them in person!

Rushmypassport is a complete and total scam. Expect zero results, zero refunds, and hours on hold.

DO NOT USE!! They charged me 650.00 dollars for "Next day service". My documents were shipped on July 3rd, it's now July 12th and there is no update on the status of my daughter's passport. When I initially called to get the instructions I was told that I needed to accept the Terms and Conditions BEFORE I could even receive an explanation on how to do the whole process. Then I was told I would get the passport 7 business days after they receive it. Why are these people advertising it as "Next day"? When I called to ask them to bill me for 7 business days service, NOT for Next day, I was told that I had accepted the Terms and Conditions and was not elligible for a "Partial refund". I don't want a "REFUND", I want to be billed for the service I'm getting.

Scam of a company! You pay for expedited passport renewal they just steal you passport and your money. Such a scam, they belong in prison

SCAMMER!!! I've left several messages for them to call me back, no return call. DO NOT USE... took me for $460!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! I should have done my homework, but thought they were Fed-Ex providing the service, which their ad leads you to believe.

DO NOT USE. They are not reliable and will not use the photos you send them and make you redo it at least once and charge you excessive fees. They recommended an app for the photo (I used lighting designed photographers) and the app said it was good but they denied it and wouldn't even submit it. I then retook them at walgreens and I had a scub top on and they wouldn't submit it again even though the directions simply say no military uniforms.

i will be contacting my family at reed smith law firm Chicago division to start a class action lawsuit against this company. they have caused enough people grief including myself now and enough is enough. this isn't the DMV these are peoples passports you're playing with and you'll be hearing from my team of attorneys promptly.

Not only did they lose my passport, money order ($400+ total) and certified marriage license, no one at this company can do their jobs, nor do they speak good English.

They are trying to charge me for something they haven't even done I never downloaded their documents.
I only called to inquire and was billed.

I had some confusion with the directions on how to send all my documents. But Kristy Dutton, one of the solutions coordinators called me to help. She not only gave me her direct phone number, but she truly talked me through the entire process. I had lost my passport before my HONEYMOON and was so stressed. She was amazing, caring and so helpful.

This is a total rip off do not use this service as it is a total fleece. Passport renewal is supposed to be $130 as of May 8th 2024. These guys charge about $150 for a two month turnaround and then say you have to write a check to the gov for $209.53 when the gov website says $130 so at the end of this I will have paid about $400 for a renewal that was supposed to cost $130. Total con job save your $$

This company is a SCAM. Since sending them my information to renew my passport my information has been found on the dark web. Yesterday, I received a letter from the IRS stating someone had obtained employment with my SS number and today I received a letter from the Dept of State saying they received my information but my expired passport was not included. Now I have a passport that is who knows where. Finally got a hold of someone that was advised by management to play down the situation. No way to play this down. I have to start the process all over again. File a lost or stolen passport and begin the process all over. I’m out so much money and the stress of this is thru the roof. Filing with the BBB

So again anothr day and its gnna takec3 to 5 bussiness days for my refund its been 3 to 5 weeks they are all a bunch of fakes ecen promied by a senior advisermy refund was gonna be wired to my account and a month and 3 weeks later noth8ng

Paid them $600 for expedited passport renewal. Passport sat at their office for a while week before they sent it to the State Department. State Department renewed and sent it back to them. According to UPS, they (Expedited Travel) lost my passport. They never even told me until I called the day before I was supposed to travel. And after all of this they refused to refund the money.
