SCAM! BEWARE

We had tickets for the Robot Restaurant Sydney back in 2023. They kept changing the date and then the tickets just disappeared from my account. No contact from them, no refund, nothing. When I reached out to the email address provided it just bounces. Buyer beware. They will take your money and run.

Ignore the 1 star it’s the only way I could write a review. Turned up to Revolution in Newcastle for a Broadway Diner event to be told by the staff they knew nothing about hosting the event and already turned others away. This was a present for my daughter so extremely disappointed and not sure how to get a refund 😡

Booked the Robot restaurant LIVE Toronto event a few months ago for today, but the event never happened - no venue, no event, no refund. The explorehidden.com website no longer exists and there is no way to get my money back. I should have realized that this was a scam as no venue address was given on the barcode-less ticket, and the street identified was in a strange part of town where no theatres are present. A criminal scam from the very start. Beware.

Due to attend Broadway tour for my birthday later this month. Something told me to look online...and get my mam to check the email..turns out the business appears to have done off with everyone's money for the last 12 months ..without advising any of us the events have been cancelled. I can only hope they get round to paying us back but not holding my breath. Feel awful cz it's left my mam out of pocket

Booked last year for Broadway Diner on tour in Bath for tonight - turned up (and I wasn't the only one) and the staff (Revolution) didn't know anything about it!
In fact the girl told me that they had been disappointing people all day when they turned up for their allotted show time.
Not impressed - pity I didn't see this page sooner, I may have at least saved my parking fee.

SCAM!! Booked the robot restaurant live show and it has got rescheduled several times. They asked to fill in a google form to request a refund and I've never heard back from them. Tried to contact them through email but no response either.

Got scammed out of $700+ dollars. Booked multipled events, then they just disappeared. No responses on requests for refunds. DO NOT BOOK EVENTS WITH THEM!!

Booked tickets for The Alice: an Immersive Cocktail experience in Ottawa. Received email over 2 months ago advising event was cancelled. No refund received, and cannot contact company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Contacted BBB and no reply whatsoever.

I have attended 2 events from ExploreHidden that actually happened; one was The Alice Experience in St. Louis, Missouri a few years ago at the Lemmons Bar on Gravois Avenue which was a great and fun experience; and the Tinseltown event December 2023 which was also in St. Louis, Missouri, was an okay event but had to jump through hoops just to be able to attend; I bought tickets on ExploreHidden & my mom & I had Ubered to get to the place we thought it was going to be scheduled at; and we waited for the event manager to get there only to tell us the event had been cancelled for the evening because not enough guests had purchased tickets and/or shown up; and told us they no longer used ExploreHidden to sell tickets for events; I don't remember what the other website was called but I had to purchase tickets for a different evening just to be able to attend the Tinseltown event & wasn't as fun as the Alice Event. Last spring, I had also purchased tickets for a Beauty & The Beast Cocktail Event in St. Louis, MO that was supposed to start May 28th, 2023 last year and got an email 2 or 3 days before the cocktail event was scheduled saying it had been postponed and I spent my birthday last year, May 25th, crying because I had really looked forward to it. I emailed customer service & they gave me the option to transfer tickets to the soonest date they had in place, which would've been last August is when I believe they postponed the event until and it was an extra $25 fee I believe it was just to be able to transfer tickets to a new date; only to get another email that month saying the event had yet again been postponed due to contractor issues ( I believe this was because they did not have a place/venue secured they could lease to host the event; they had the Karen's Diner event running at the Lemmons Bar in St. Louis, MO 3 days a week I think last spring and had the Neverland: Peter Pan Cocktail bar going the other days of the week and they rely a lot on using this bar specifically for a lot of their cocktail events). I'm not sure why they don't look into leasing other bars for events; I remember a few years ago when my mom & I attended the Alice Event she noted the Lemmons bar is very small & the 2 events we've attended can only hold about 45 guests per event session.

Booked tickets for Hansel & Gretel experience in Brisbane. Received email over a month ago advising event was cancelled. No refund received, and cannot contact company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Will be reporting to Consumer Affairs.

We purchased tickets for Hidden Alice expetience, cancelled show via email and then no response on refund in 30 days. Do not book with this company.

Total Scam STAY AWAY NO EVENTS JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR

BEWARE!!! Total scam artists. Set up a fake abba tribute event sold tickets and of course no event. Emails disconnected phone disconnected. Total scammers. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THESE SCAMMERS you will lose your money!!!

Disgusting scammers!! Purchased a ticket for the Dancing Queen show. It was then cancelled and no response from my 2 emails and no refund 1 month later!!

ZERO stars….booked for a show in Adelaide last night having read the previous review, rang the venue and was told it’s cancelled. Emailed hidden, surprise, surprise no response….what a joke

Zero stars!! Not one. Total scam. Will be reporting to consumer affairs. Booked for the abba tribute show 3rd August at the Crown plaza and we found out by sheer coincidence at 5pm Friday night that it’s been canceled. Obviously they needed our $870 more than me!!

They don’t even deserve one star. Complete con artists. They took my money for an event and then it never happened. I have had absolutely no communication or sign of my refund or and response to my numerous emails.

You pay and get tickets but never got contact of where the hidden location is or get refunded your money scam is all this is.

Awful service! Avoid at all costs!!
Ordered tickets last September to Broadway Diner on tour Dublin on 9th Aug this year and haven’t heard back about the venue. I have emailed numerous times and have gotten no response. They were quick enough to take the money but not a peep from them since. Was told at the time that the venue would be confirmed nearer the date, we are less than 2 weeks out and no word about venue even though the event was supposedly running for a couple of weeks prior to the date I booked. I’ve searched the event online and from what I can see there is no event!! SCAM!!!!
