Furniture that doesn't break the bank.
Hired furniture for 2x outside Events June & July of this year. The first was not so good as there was a problem with the delivery information. I did contact the Company to rectify it when I found out but was too late.
I was therfore worried about the 2nd hire but it had already been paid for so couldn't cancel or change. I made sure the delivery info was as much as I could put on and emailed the company in advance to check everything but I needn't have worried, everything was spot on this time around.
I will use the Company again next year especially now I know to put on as much info as possible regarding delivery.
Good quality furniture, very good range to choose from and very good prices, the cheapest I could find but still good quality. Would highly recommend & doesn't break any bank.

Party hire done right, no fuss, good value and great engagement...
Really efficient ordering process, automated notifications around the delivery and collection meant not having to wait around all day in anticipation of the van arriving. The van driver was great and reflected the 'Expo Hire' operation... Will definitelty use Expo again for an event...

Excellent Provider
A really straightforward and easy hire of some furniture for an exhibition in Birmingham. No hidden costs and excellent value for money. Much cheaper rates than other nearby event furniture providers. Will definitely be a return customer.

Hire for our annual weekend football tournament
Easy to navigate website. Had what I needed.
2 x BBQ flat griddle type. 4x19kg gas cylinders. 4 chaffing dishes. 3 powder fire extinguishers, 1 fire blanket.
Called to check a few things. Again great service and knowledge on the phone.
Delivery and collection very efficient. With real time tracking in addition to an ETA message.
Great to be able to pay extra to return dirty.
Overall 5/5 will be hiring next year for sure.

Crockery and cutlery for my Dads funeral
Needed crockery and cutlery for my Dads funeral and ordered a week before. Website easy to use and pricing and delivery/collection was good compared to other providers I looked at.
Good communication about delivery and collection and items were in a really good condition.
Would highly recommend using Expo Hire UK.

We recently hired tables and tablecloths from ExpoHire for a guest speaker even. The ream were amazing with recommending the size we needed to helping us complete the purchase order. The tables were delivered and collected on time with several texts to inform us on timings.

Everything we ordered was good quality and clean. Delivery and pick up was on time and efficient. It was very easy to order the items we needed via the website and there were pictures of the items that we ordered.

Superb service from start to finish
Superb service from start to finish and competitively priced. They drivers were professional and helpful and the items we ordered were great quality. I can't recommend Expohire enough.

Poor service and communication
We hired and had to cancel within 2 days, due to a serious family medical issue. Expo took £300 full payment instantly and then went silent regarding refund or credit details, no communication for 5 months, despite repeated requests. Non responsive or empathetic, unlike literally every other company, large or small, is prepared to be. They are just in this for the money and not concerned at all about their customers. Know this if you're thinking of using this organisation. *I followed up as per response below, with details yet again, and another 3 weeks have passed without any response*

Sorry for the delay, I’m coming back to you regarding the review left for us on trustpilot.
I think there has been some confusion, I’ve attached all correspondence relating to your order where I believe we’ve been dealing with Carys?
We responded immediately, despite our terms and conditions being really clear on this we offered a full credit note despite it being our busiest time of year and due to deliver your order within 3 days.
I would be happy to still honour this credit note, however I do have to ask you to either amend or remove the review you have left as it contains factual errors. Firstly, you didn’t cancel within two days and also you were offered a full credit note.
