Simple smooth transaction.
This was the first time purchasing Argon from here. I turned up at Christchurch followed the instructions on the gate by calling the number. Spoke to a really helpful guy who took payment details and then gave me the codes to remove the allocated cylinder and replace with my empty one. What a brilliant system. Thank you Express Gases

I have only given five stars because there is no option to give 100. Andy George is knowledgeable and helpful. The business is slickly organised and cylinders can be collected almost anytime.

bottle was in wrong safety cage so i…
bottle was in wrong safety cage so i had to try and squeeze it through from the other cage - no answer from helpline.
I started welding last night to find bottle is nearly empty.
not happy - will call to resolve but very busy!

Driver was a tad grumpy as on the phone…
Driver was a tad grumpy as on the phone I had been told he would install new cylinder in situ and he thought he was just 'popping it over the gate'. He did install it tho after a lot of muttering about taking it up with the office!

Great service, all automatic, had ordered and picked up a gas bottle within an hour (after struggling for weeks to even find a supplier!)
