If there was zero stars, I would give them zero. To make this very quick, this is the most shocking and unprofessional Company I have ever dealt with.
Firstly, we had an absolute nightmare with our original order of outdoor nursery playground mats. I then quite rightly wrote a negative review which then I was approached by the manager and asked to remove it. I said there is no way that I was removing it because no sort of compensation was even intended or initiated from any of the staff after we had such a bad experience with our order. So then we were finally offered a £200 off our order IF I remove this review which I agreed to do. After all of this, I then found that the pins were missing from the mats. How can you forget such an important part of the order to pack? We can’t possibly put Matt’s together and secure them when we are dealing with children without these pins. I then contacted them to be told firstly they aren’t included with the mats (although it’s shown in photos that they are included) then to be told again oh yes, sorry we forgot to pack them. They then wanted to charge me again around £150 to send off some pins, even though they were meant to be included in the original order. They then explained they was some sort of confusion and we didn’t have to pay and we would be sent them next day delivery free of charge to which we have received some sort of bottles of glue And not pins what on after we need glue for? I was the. Told these Matt’s don’t hold
Together with pins but glue . That was never mentioned once nor is this mentioned in the product details ? This company is without a doubt clueless about all their products and I would highly advise never to use them. Please, can this company not call me again because I will not be removing this review. If you want to stop receiving negative reviews, I would suggest sorting out your company
