Took almost three weeks to receive…

Took almost three weeks to receive order- I also didn’t realize it was a duvet cover- not a comforter. But I made it work. It looks nice on the bed

Extremely upset and disappointed I ordered over a month ago and paid premium price and still have not received my item. Thought I was ordering from The US Because it has a US number but in fact it is coming from China, extremely misleading. Will never order again

Please be aware of this site they…

Please be aware of this site they scammed me and you cannot get ahold of no customer service. Received an order number when first purchased and have not received anything since.

Since you finally reply, I've tried reaching you by email that doesn't exist, phone numbers that are either disconnected or go straight to a busy signal can you list some sort of way to contact someone to either get refund or my product I've purchased since it was supposed to be delivered the 28th of February and have yet to even receive anything about it being shipped or anything aside from an order number.

I apologize for this. It looks like your order wasn't lost, it looks like it was heavily delayed. We've been dealing with all sorts of unexpected challenges due to COVID-19 - we're receiving late merchandise from our vendor and have had to work on a limited crew in some cases in order to make sure we run our facilities as safely as possible. Due to that, we fell behind. It's not okay with us or the way we like to do business.

Totally disappointed with the comforters they sent me.

This was one of the worse products I have ever purchased. It looks amazing on the website but the actual finished comforter looked nothing like the picture. This was my first time ordering from this company and was so disappointed. If you are looking to purchase something from them DON’t . Run from this company as fast as you can. I asked to return the comforters 2 days after getting them and it’s now 2 months and they still haven’t given me a refund or shipping label to return them. I now have to get my bank and the Better business bureau service involved. If you do business with them you will regret it. Please note, I never write reviews but due to the poorly made products and customer service I had to inform everyone not to do business with this company. They will take your money and never resolve your complaint. I don’t want you to lose Your money so please use my experience. This will be the best decision you ever made.

Bought the Cannibal Corpse bedding for…

Bought the Cannibal Corpse bedding for my son. The blanket isn’t very thick. It’s like two sheets sew together. Very thin material with two pillow. For the price I paid not worth the quality.

Poor service, I ordered and you took my money since last month, before new year’s. Till now you didn’t even ship my order. Worse service ever

See what they replied me here. I didn’t get any email from you that you had shipped it to me. I don’t know anything. I tried to call but nobody answered. I emailed you but nobody respond back to me. This can be considered as fraudulent or scam. Everyone, please be careful!!

This is horrible

This is horrible. Looks like my quilt had a seizure in art class. I highly recommend you don’t use this company. The price tag doesn’t match the quality. Just awful. They better let me make a return.

Lamborghini logo double set

We had the Lamborghini logo double set. My son is happy with it. Has a zip fastening. The cover is slightly long compared to uk. Arrived in time for Christmas and was easy to track progress.
