I had a fantastic experience with Extensions Darling! I accidentally ordered the wrong shampoo, but their customer service team was amazing—quick to respond and super helpful via WhatsApp. They sorted everything out right away with no hassle. My order arrived quickly, and most importantly, the shampoo is perfect for my hair. It leaves it feeling soft, nourished, and looking healthy. Highly recommend both the products and the service!

I’m honestly so happy with my experience with Extensions Darling. They were just so lovely and helpful from the start—always quick to reply, super kind, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I had to wait a bit for one item to come back in stock, but they kept me in the loop the whole time, which was really nice, and I also had to swap a colour. They were amazing and always went the extra mile. The quality of the hair is unreal. I’m in love with it. So happy with everything and I’ll 100% be ordering again. I couldn’t recommend them more! Only just moved to this brand after having beauty works for many years.
I decide to make the change as my bw was not lasting and I buy new every 6 months . But this quality is something else .
So I live in a country that’s 33 all year round and wear sun cream every day and it’s the first time they haven’t got a orange tinge from sun cream , this is a big game changer and have already ordered new gate ready fur Christmas
