Products sold together do not work together
I purchased a 600A Navitas controller, 2 guage wiring kit, and an HD solenoid as a package for my EZGO TXT 48v cart at a cost of over $1,200. The HD solenoid has 3/8th inch posts on it, but the wiring kit came with 5/16th inch terminals. A bit surprising that a set of products purchased together doesn't come with the right size holes. The install video on their 600A Navitas controller product page says that the controller comes with bracket for the run/tow switch, but this didn't come in the package. When I reached out to ExtremeKartz they told me they would look into the issue and update their product page. No offer to make things right. I called again and spoke to a different person and once again got told sorry and they'll update the wording. Here is the email text:
"I heard back from our Navitas reps. The run/tow switch bracket is no longer being provided. Not sure why, no one seemed to know.
Wish I was able to get you the part. We will be making wording of this on the product page.
We apologize for this inconvenience. Let us know if you need anything else."
Admitting the issue was there, but not making it right for the customer seems like poor customer service. Given the amount of after market parts sellers for golf carts out there I will not be buying from Extreme Kartz again.
Update 9/6/2024: Jordan Hill reached out to me as he said he would and worked with me to come to a resolution that worked for both of us. I appreciate Extreme Kartz following through with this and making it right.

New DoubleTake Seats
Ordered new DoubleTake seats for my 2004 Club Car Precedent. Looks like new again. Extreme Kartz offered best deal I could find and fantastic customer support, including Ryan sending pictures of his personal cart to help.

Amazing Customer Service
I ordered an Ecobattery Lithium kit from Extreme Kartz past 10:00 PM and the owner of the company sent me a text within minutes about a special not I put on the order. He expedited my order to suit my needs as well. Customer service was top notch. I ended up buying another Ecobattery Lithium kit from them after having such a good experience.

Great customer service and quick delivery. I had ordered batteries from another vendor and after two weeks they still hadn’t shipped. I needed new batteries by the weekend as we had guests coming. I called on a Monday and spoke with Ryan. He checked to see if they could do a rush order and ship them that day. They shipped that day and arrived on Wednesday!! I was very grateful for the quick turnaround, the fast delivery and most importantly the customer service. All around an excellent experience and we will be getting all of our golf cart upgrades from them in the future.

warranty issue …
Had a warranty issue and the original equipment manufacturer was a little slow getting back to me. Got Extreme Kartz involved and issue was dealt with quickly and professionally. They also offer good advice over the phone.
