The build itself has been pretty good, but customer service after receiving the PC has been less than average.

I haven't received my PC yet so I cannot tell you the experience I am going through

After leaving a less than positive review, I was contacted by a representative. Justin was exceptional at walking me through the process and providing solutions to my concerns. He went over & above in that aspect.

Overall, it was not without a hiccup here and there. Justin assured the process went more smoothly. Complimentary overnight delivery was provided due to the confusion. I also must give credit to Alex for providing me an update that everything processed.

I will continue to use Extreme PC for my various needs. In the end, they exceeded my expectations while leaving me options to upgrade in the future.

Haven’t got the PC yet but members of the team were in constant communication trying to help navigate the website. Multitude of finance companies to help with purchase available. Hoping the PC runs as well as everything else has gone so far.

The chat function on the website was great, responsive, gave good recs.

The order process was fairly simple, and being able to customize the parts is an added bonus. I have not received the pc yet, and would be nice if I had more updates on the process as fair as what state of it that it’s in.

I'm still waiting for a update on my order.

Honestly, super fast service, extremely good prices if you were to do the payment plan. I havent recieved any updates regarding when the next step of order fulfillment will be ready yet but I am absolutely excited to finally get it!

The PC configurator on the website was easy to use yet had the components I needed. My new rig actually arrived a few day before I was expecting it. Nice looking machine inside and out. Packed very well and first startup was easy.

The ease of buying a Pc with all the financing options made buying a PC a breeze.

I have not gotten my PC order yet however they had to broadest selection of hardware that I was looking for. I am waiting patiently for my prowess of their technicians real time verse the just verbiage of their abilities and customer care on their website. Standing by....
