Found the exact Norville glasses my own optician could no longer source
Finally found the frames my normal opticians no longer stocked. After a number of helpful emails to their customer service and a bit of nervousness about ordering ‘blindly’ from the internet, my glasses arrived safe a well within the week. Great service from a very helpful team.

High touch in a high tech world
The level of personal customer care was beyond all else I experienced with online shopping. I am in South Africa and Anita overcame the limitations of online shopping, made the physical distance disappear and i felt as if i was in the shop and being served most attentively. I bought replacement lenses for cycling glasses initially and ended up buying a second pair. Several options were put before me when i made the enquiry about another pair and what i needed. Product not on the Eyekit website were found and presented based on my needs. In addition, I experienced difficulties with the postal system in SA with the first order. Anita stepped in and assisted with tracking. For the second delivery Anita helped with delivering the package to a relative in the UK who was coming out to SA. This level of being sensitive to a customer is exceptional. Buying eyewear non- prescribed or prescribed is a an individualised process. For this reason I would not hesitate to recommend Eyekit based on the high level of personal care.

Prescription cycling glasses
I have purchased cycling glasses from eye kit.Co.uk and was impressed with their customer services care so much that I bought a second pair of prescription cycling glasses. The staff could not do enough to help, especially Anita who went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me. I struggled to get a pair of sports glasses with a prescription lens of 4.5, but they accommodated me without any problem.
