I just received my Eyemos. It feels great, but the temperature button wasn't working properly. Diane at customer service provided information that fixed the problem. I just needed a better adapter to plug into. Thank you! I look forward to using it.

Eyemos has exceptional Customer Service

Eyemos Customer Service especially Dianne is exceptional. I’ve been using this company for a few years and she is always available to help me with a few problems I’ve had over the years. They stand behind their products and give you a full refund if the product does not work for you. Dianne always gets back to me in a 24 hour period because of the time difference.

It really works

Honestly, I was skeptical. I suffer from dry eyes to the point where I was no longer going to be able to wear my contacts. I have been using EYEMOS for 1 week and dryness has improved 100%. I can wear my contacts all day without any problems. I haven’t used the moist setting yet, however the massage and heat setting are very relaxing!

The mask works great

The mask works great, but I want to emphasis that customer support is superior! They answered my questions immediately and followed up with consistency. I highly recommend them for customer service.

Very poor quality cord — died very quickly within 30 days but refund may not be allowed!!

The cord for this eye mask stopped working after only 3 uses. I was within my 30 day return window when I could get a refund, but when I contacted them to get return authorization, I was told I needed to take photos of where I was plugging it in! Then, after sending said photos, now their respondent, Dianne, demand a video of my plugging it in! I warn you, DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS! The product cord is very temperamental and may not last long! The cord is very specific to the product and the heat switch is part of the cord, so if the cord goes, you no longer have the device! WARNING!!!

I’m very sorry about this — a cord should not stop working after only a few uses, and I’m also sorry the troubleshooting process felt drawn out and frustrating. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, especially when you’re reaching out for help within the return window.

On the photos/video requests: our team asked for those because intermittent power issues can sometimes be caused by the power source/adapter or the connection point, and we try to rule out the simple fixes quickly before making you go through a return. But we should always keep that process efficient and respectful of your time.

Most importantly, we’ve now issued a full refund for your order.

I was skeptical but I had been going…

I was skeptical but I had been going thru severe dry eyes for more than 4 years. And been with my eye specialist for 3 years.. I tired all eye drops from steroids to xiidra and OTC. Plus so many other things.. so I thought to give Eyemos a try since it had good reviews. I was so predisposed and ready for it to fail as everything else I had tried. But it worked and I am so happy that it helped me tremendously. I just can't believe that imy eyes are so much better. I still use my steroids eye drops but only before going to bed. Thanks so much Eyemos!. I recommend it 100%

I genuinely want to say that your product worked on me.

I genuinely want to say that your product made a noticeable difference for me. Within just three days, I experienced significant improvement , no more heavy eyes or random pain. The vibration and heat functions also provided great relief for my sinus congestion. I ordered eye wipes and second mask for my mum..

Dry eyes suck

Dry eyes suck. I never managed to use the
microwave heated eye mask regularly and eye drops didn’t provide enough relief, so on a recommendation from a friend I tried the Eyemos mask. I love the convenience of plugging it in next to my bed. I am using it daily now. I had missed the part where you need to keep it plugged into an adapter so thought it was malfunctioning but customer service quickly sorted me out. Love the mister! Like a steam room for your eyes.

Eyemos worked for me

I was at my wits end with dry itchy eyes, constantly on my mind, and the irresistible rubbing only made it worse. My optometrist prescribed many different drops and I used warm wet cloths, which didn't stay warm for long. The only thing that worked was steroid drops which could cause harm long term. I was finally prescribed immunosuppressive drops which cost $240/month and would take months to work. I knew I had to do something else so I tried an Eyemos mask and lid wipes. Within days I felt relief and no longer use drops. The mask is comfortable, the temperature control and the automatic timer is such a convenience. Thank you Eyemos.

Love the longer cord so I can lay on…

Love the longer cord so I can lay on couch while using the mask. Would give it 5 stars if it came with the 5 volt adapter which allows the 55 temp. To me it makes a BIG difference. Works great and is comfortable to use.

Incredible relief

I got my mask about 18 months ago after dealing with gritty-feeling eyes every day for 8 months. Drops did nothing. I use it nightly for 15 minutes (heat only; I don’t care for the vibrations), and during most days it’s like I don’t even have dry eye anymore. I have a backup Eyemos mask in case this one ever stops working. I recommend it to anyone with dry eye.

Wonderful product!

Best heated eye mask I have used.

I have had problems with dry eyes for years. I was using a microwave heat eye mask, eye drops, nightime ointment and still had gritty eyes. The eyemos mask really helps. Unlike the microwave masks the temperature stays constant. The only reason I take off one star is that I cannot use the massage feature as it hurts the bridge of my nose. I rarely need eyedrops now.

Excellent eye mask

Excellent eye mask! The warmth is very soothing and provides real relief for dry, tired eyes. Comfortable, easy to use and travels well. I love it and highly recommend it. Excellent customer service…responsive, helpful, and professional.

After finding the right charger and…

After finding the right charger and some back and forth with the lovely Dianne in customer service, I do think this mask is helping my dry eyes. I like that it is easy to travel with and the material is soft. I also appreciate 3 heat settings. I wish the massage settings were quieter. It has reduced the number of eye drops per day. I am glad I made this purchase.
