I knew the exact frames I wanted and EyeOns had them! Ordering was clear as to color options and sizes. I received email confirmation and tracking information. The item was well packed, in an appropriately sized box and wrapped in sturdy bubble wrap. The glasses were in the manufacturer’s case, with certificates of authenticity, foam stabilizers for the stems, and an extra cleaning cloth. Well done, EyeOns!

I ordered 2 pairs of frames
I ordered 2 pairs of frames. 2 cases were shipped but one case was missing a pair of frames. I called right after I opened the box and noticed the issue, which was the day the box was delivered. Have been going back and forth with emails and phone calls to get a credit for the missing pair. The issue is still not resolved a month later. Sam, a representative there, assured me he would give me a call back in 2 days and it’s been over a week. Still no refund for the missing item I was charged for.

Quality of delivery was great, but there was lack of communication on the status of my order (I had to get the latest status from the store chat, and my email responses were never returned), and it took 3 weeks to ultimately get the item

Disappointed but received refund (UPDATED)
I placed an order for eyeglasses on Nov 6, 2023 (361.56 CAD). USPS picked up the item on Nov 13. Despite waiting for over one to two months, the delivery was not completed. Due to a shipping issue, the item was returned to Eyeons on Dec 26. Irene from Eyeons processed a refund on Dec 22, which appeared in my credit card account on Dec 27 (350.39 CAD).

Good experience but sizing could be better
The process of getting my frames online was easeful and the glasses are very pretty but I think they are a little too big for my face, which I think I would have been able to better tell before purchasing them if the online try on tool were more nuanced of higher quality. That is my only criticism.
