Once I notified them that my prescription sunglasses were late they quickly sent themtwo delivery. Glasses arrived well packaged with cleaning cloth and spray a real nice touch. My driving experience is now exceptional.

My new Glasses came out amazing with a custom tint (25% brown gradient). I did everything thru the online portal and I’m extremely pleased with how things came out. It did take a tiny bit longer than expected (~5 weeks) due to a lens not passing QC but that’s also a positive IMO; they won’t send you a deficient product! I Will definitely be back for more. Also the packaging they include is on the same level as apple - so nice! EyeSpecs truly cares for you the end customer which is so refreshing! Thanks y’all!

Questionable business practices?
I ordered Rayban sunglasses with drivewear lenses.
The order took about a month because the lab broke the lenses the first time.
When I received the glasses they had a clear ring all around the edge of the lens. This clear ring lets in glare from sun and looks terrible.
I asked about exchanging the lenses but they said their policy is to never exchange or replace custom lenses.
I don’t agree that this is my fault. The only thing they offered is to give me a discount on reordering the lens. Now I can’t get them made the way I want because the price has gone up.
I previously ordered glasses and had no problem from EyeSpecs.
I think they should have told me that the lenses I ordered could not be made correctly. They knew they could not be made correctly but let me purchase anyway.
I would have ordered different lenses.
