Dissatisfied Loyal Customer
I don't like that fact that, I have been reaching out to this company for about 3 or 4 months now. The fact that I haven't been able to get through to any of customer support that I have spoken to, the fact that my husband has bought plenty of glasses from this place, and they have no respect, no decency about me having issues with a pair of my glasses,just to blame me for the issues that my warranty is supposed to cover. Customer Support is TERRIBLE!!

Purchased my first pair of glasses from here, Versace frames with progressive rx lens. They are perfect! I’ve ordered from a couple different online rx glasses vendors and have had the best experience through eyespecs by far. Am ordering a second pair now.
