Ezacel Avis 

Very happy with the two dresses I ordered. Both fit perfectly!!

In April, I ordered several pieces of clothing from Ezacel. Upon arrival (on May 19, 2024) and after trying on all the pieces, I decided that I wanted to return a dress, $38.99, and a top, $32.99. The total for the two items, $71.98. I immediately emailed customer service and asked for a return address and full refund for the two items. The company first offered me a $12 refund and told me to keep the clothes I want to return. Second email, they offered $23 refund. Third email, $36 and I would have to send the clothes (at my expense) to Dubai, UAE.
Really? Very frustrated and let this be a warning to anyone thinking of buying any of their clothes. Looks like I will have to go through my charge card company to get back my money. Beware!

Update. 5/21/24. Woke up to an email this morning. They said $64.78 and they won't pay for postage. Nope. I want the entire amount owed me. Period. **Interestingly enough, they have a CA address on the package I received from them. I'll send the clothes back to that address (with a tracking number), not to Dubai, UAE, (which I feel they would think is a detergent to send back to).

Update: I have a copy of their advertisement on Facebook that claims their clothes are made in South Carolina and FREE returns.

The delivery was fine.Unfortunately, the dress did not fit right at all.It looked terrible on me. But I gave it to a friend.And it looked great on her.

Terrible customer service. I tried ordering on their website: ezacel.com and was unable to access any "add to cart" field. All I got was advertising but no field to place an order or transaction of payment. I sent an email and was routed to a link which was the same link I used but was unable to order anything. I was contacted by "ask-crew" and all I got was techical jargon and asked about cookies and clearing a device. I was asked if I created an account. There was no request on that website asking me to start an account. I need to speak to a person not a robot at "ask-crew". Then I was told if I send a dollar they will resolve the issue. Reasonable delivery and good quality items

The items are beautiful and exactly as shown in the advertisement.
