I ordered 2 PS5 controllers which came and both were faulty I contact them and they gave me some advise but still didn't resolve the problems I then managed to get one controller working but was advised to get the other one returned for refund or replacement which I did via royal mail got confirmation it was delivered and they are still saying it has not and do I have any proof sending it weekly I have had no response so now speaking to FCA to see if I can get my money back very poor and non responsive company or little boy.
