A must buy but disappointed by the delivery
This EZ desk is one of the best at this price point. I love the finishing and it's super easy to assemble. I am really enjoying it and would recommend it to everyone looking for a well finished sit-stand gaming/work desk.
The delivery is the reason why I didn't give it 5 stars. I clearly mentioned in the delivery notes that I need it to be delivered on 3rd floor and there's no lift, but still the delivery guy left it at ground floor only. I had to pay extra £30 from my pocket to a handyman to lift it up the stairs. It's disappointing that delivery notes were completely ignored.

Unfortunately, as mentioned in our delivery terms on our website, our couriers will only typically take the desk up one flight of stairs. The delivery notes at checkout are typically reserved for instructions on how to find the property etc. Apologies again for this inconvenience!

My fiance's got me my desk about a year ago and been so busy only just built it and in the process broke a part 😔 email them about the incident and they sent the new part free of charge with 2 days could not be happier

Refund Is Impossible
Bought a desk, it came the next day which was great. Instructions were complicated, but not a problem.
I bought another item for £29.99, it never arrived so I asked for a refund. Was told it would take 7 days but likely sooner. 8 days later and they say the payment has cleared but can’t do anything about it for another four days. Now can’t get an answer as to where my money is. As far as they are concerned it’s been cleared but my bank have confirmed nothing whatsoever. Really really poor experience and highly frustrating. My last two emails have been ignored. I paid via debit card but it’s a PayPal e-cheque which is not how I paid.
Update: EZ Shopper are not dealing with my complaint which will be against their own standards. What they have stated below is a one-sided account and does not shed light on the contradictory information given to me. The item was never shipped and no shipping details were ever given. They stated in an email that the refund would be in my account in less time than it was and then backtracked. Avoid dealing with Will.

For transparency we always try to reply to reviews whether positive or negative, so would like to issue some clarification for any readers.
Firstly, EZ Shopper actively issue refunds and this happens in an industry standard manner - the refund is returned to the payment method which is used during checkout.
With regards to this specific case, we note that we have exchanged over 30 emails with the customer during the process of their refund reassuring them that the refund has been processed (usually email replies within less than 30 minutes).
We believe we have gone above and beyond for this customer, by going as far as providing screenshots from our payment processor to demonstrate that the refund is in process (none of which we are under any obligation to share), in addition to the estimated date that the money would land in the customer’s account. We also have explained to the customer on multiple occasions that refunds from online sales do not happen immediately. It is perfectly normal to wait 1-2 weeks whilst the banks do what they need to do. Unfortunately, the customer simply did not believe us that this would occur, and had expectations that we were able to make the card processors, or banks, do their jobs faster.
Although our card provider stated that the refund would be expected by 21st February, the customer would not accept this information. We use Paypal as our card processor which includes people without Paypal accounts. An e-cheque is simply a transfer into the customer's bank account associated with their payment card, as we advised to the customer.
We would finally add that the reason for this refund was because an accessory did not arrive (we provided tracking which shows that it’s with the courier). Rather than wait for the courier to declare it as lost, we issued our refund that very same day. Nothing that we could have done as a business in our power could have expedited this process any more.

Desk works as it should. Setup was a little more fiddly than I would have liked. I would warn anyone away from this if they need to disassemble and reassemble in near future.. board is fragile after screw is removed and readded may need glue to aid the screw from falling out on 2nd assembly.

Very fast delivery and spot on
I checked all the usual places and they were all copies of each other, with long wait times shipping from china. I then found ez shopper, ordered on Thursday at 11am and was delivered next day at 10am. The best bit is that the desk is exactly as described! No issues or problems.
One improvement would be to label the screws with s1,s2 etc.
Overall I am very happy and have been telling everyone about the company and desk. Well done.

EZ Desk Air | Electric Height Adjustable Standing Desk - Well worth the price
I recently purchased an EZ Desk Air Standing Desk for improved productivity working from home.
It is an amazing piece that I spent weeks looking for through multiple different sites and reselling sites.
The EZ Desk pricing was comparable, and in some cases, better than most tables at that range.
The set up was more complicated than expected, with bags of different screws not being labelled which made set up take an additional 1-2 hours to complete.
All in all, an amazing purchase that I highly recommend to others looking to enhance their working from home space.

Awesome service with a small issue
Item was ordered and received quickly. All was fine but upon assembly one thread in the leg was faulty. I contacted customer service on a Sunday and got a reply back within 30 minutes. Will took the issue and sourced a new part and sent it straight out. I have never been so impressed with such a service before and would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a product from them.
