Needing a quick turnaround for a custom printed 10x20 pop up canopy, we got in touch with Eliza at EZ Up. She kept us fully informed throughout the process, provided a clear timeline for production and delivery, and made sure there were no surprises. That kind of transparency and customer-first attitude is rare and truly appreciated. The order is on track and arriving right on schedule.

It is a complete disgrace attempting to deal with this company. I have numerous items that I have purchased from this company, Canopies, "instant tables'. table covers etc. basically everyting I use for my business, that EZUP supplies.
Unfortunately they do not know the measurments of their products and even though they request payment up front after their product (table covers) do not match in fitting the tables REPEATEDLY they continut to say this time it is correct and I pay only to receive a 45"x 22" table cover for a table advertised as a 4 foot table that is actually 45 3/4 x 22 3/4 Yes those are the actual deminsions for the FOUR FOOT TABLE.

Geweldige tenten met even zo goeie klantenservice. Je betaalt er goed voor maar daar krijg je ook echt een geweldig product voor terug. Na een paar jaar gebruik was er een boutje losgeraakt, kosteloos dezelfde dag nog opgestuurd gekregen. Heel tevreden klant dus hier!

Al jaren hebben wij een EZ-up tent in gebruik tot volle tevredenheid. Helaas was na al die jaren het doek kapot. Wij naar EZ-UP gereden voor een nieuw doek. Bleek onze EZ-up tent al zo oud dat er geen doeken meer voor waren. In plaats van ons een hele nieuwe EZ-UP aan te praten kregen we een doek mee van een ander ouder type wat waarschijnlijk zou passen, gratis! Het doek past en we zijn er erg blij mee. Top service. EZ-up dank je wel!

Customer service is ridiculious...they are lazy & lie to your face. Placed an order ..less then 10 hrs later (est, which means they were not in yet) needed to change color. They said no, its on truck already being shipped, yet they wouldnt give a tracking number, said no number till truck leaves..... EVERYONE knows track # is generated by FEDx as soon as SHIPPING LABEL is created....THEY LIED & ARE LAZY. Care about NOTHING BUT $$$$$$, OBV NOT HAPPY CUSTOMERS. Will NEVER BUY AGAIN.... UPDATE!!!!!!!! 9-15-2025....
Ez-up figured out how to change the color.... the gray we wanted arrived despite this above incident which tells me they went above & beyond.... Product is top notch & well made.. We have no issues with them, they made good on our order... Thank you EZ-Up.... will delete this incident in a few days. All good

I did a lot of research for a larger tent and decided to go with the EZ-Cub 6.4, along with a Vantage Canopy.

From the time of order to delivery was four days with free shipping via FED EX ground.

Took me approximately 30 minutes to set up both canopy and tent. It was my first time and did all by myself. Stopped several times to read directions, etc. Once I was done, I was amazed how big it was and how sturdy and strong it was built.

Not a one person ez up. To lift and lock into place is very tight and requires one to push up and one to hold the top piece to engage. If you want it to last and prevent frame from bending or breaking, I would recommend more than one person to set up. Storage bag needs to be slightly bigger, very tight squeeze making it cumbersome to put in case.

Bought an awning. They sent the wrong connectors, but customer service is great and is sending the correct ones. My issue is that the fit of the awning on the awning frame is not correct. It’s all sold together and meant to work together, but doesn’t fit well. They also remove bad reviews from their website. Other people should be aware that the awning fabric doesn’t fit well but they removed the review

Difficult to take down the vantage. It really needs 2 people. Bag is too small, it is a struggle to get the canopy on the bag. If it would just be a couple inches bigger it would be so much better.

I ordered my canopy 2 days before it went on 30% off. The company would only honor that sale if it was 24 hours. It hadn’t even shipped yet and they still wouldn’t give me the discount. PR stinks!

Don’t purchase. I own a 10x12’ that needed a replacement canopy. They discontinued the model and do not offer replacement canopy or parts for it.

SO NOW IT HAS TO GO INTO A LANDFILL.

Because I can’t fix it, sell it or give it away.

Just used my new EZUP on a trip to the mountains it was very handy and ez up thanks EZUP

I have sent two emails about the last tent (Vantage
SKU: VG3WH10WH) I ordered/received last month. The top/roof has/had major sags from rain that I never had from my previous two purchased tents and would like to purchase another but concerned about the issue and there has been no follow-up. Disappointed that no one has contacted me.

I purchased a Vantage canopy a few years ago, and saw that they had accessories to turn it into a screen room. I looked at the Camping Cube and the Screen Cube, but the problem with those were that they had a full floor in them. The RV parks we go to won't let you put anything like this on their grass area. So I debated about the Food Booth Walls. I am very pleased I bought them. They work perfectly for what I was looking for. It does take a little more time for set-up and tear-down, but well worth it. Great quality material and the zipper should hold up a very long time. The only drawback is that they don't give you a bag for the four screens, so I went to Amazon and found one that works.

I bought this, EZUP instant shelter four years ago. We have used it a few times at weekend trade shows but not for the last two years. It sits, folded and covered inside the garage. When I opened it a couple days ago, I see pinholes all throughout the canopy. I bought this unit with the all aluminum frame expecting it to last. I guess that is unreasonable in today's market. Nobody expects their products to last. At the price that I paid for this, I should have at least got a kiss.

That's cute, you tell me to provide personal info so that you can help me with this canopy, but you did not provide a link. I emailed EZ-UP but there has been no response there either.

As of this writing, EZ-UP has replaced the defective canopy cover. It arrived yesterday via Fedex.
I will have to change my rating for the company to a five star. I am happy now!

really good quality. I had mine personalized and it came out perfect.

It’s a lightweight and sturdy canopy and they’ve been the best since all my other canopy’s. Nice strong cover as well
