Discussed a deal with them. Contract was not very reasonable for me and declined the offer. They've been spamming the contract to me many times since. Asked the rep EG Jarasunas to stop doing it many times, yet I keep getting the docusign. He was also a bit shady to send the contract in the first place saying he required all my information when he could've just linked me to the site.

Customer service was very responsive and solved my issue quickly and efficiently. The whole process was smooth and professional.
