Construction going on throughout our stay
The location is nice, and the flat is well equipped. However, there were construction going from the 3rd day of our stay. It started from the back, then upstairs and outside. We stayed in Flat 1 (basement), and the noise were literally surrounding our flat. It was tolerable at first, until it started what it sounded like "full construction mode" in the flat above us. The noise started from early morning till late afternoon. We complained to the host, but they basically said it was out of their hands. This has not only disturbed our rest, but it also made us feel like we were so unimportant. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with hotels and accommodations.
My family was really upset and disappointed about the stay, and this gave them a really bad memory of Bristol as this was their first visit to the city. We stayed for 28 days, maybe we stayed for too long (?), but I will never come back again.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience, especially considering everything we discussed previously.
We do apologise if any of our responses were not clear enough, and we will take this as constructive feedback to improve our communication with future guests.
We investigated your concern within minutes of it being reported. We found that a neighbouring property was carrying out refurbishment works during standard working hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).
As explained, this is unfortunately outside of our control, as we are unable to intervene in works being carried out in other private property we don't own or manage.
In the UK, neighbours are not required to notify or seek permission for standard refurbishment works, provided these take place within permitted working hours. While we completely understand this can be frustrating, it is both common and legally allowed.
I can see from our records that our team offered you alternative accommodation so you wouldn’t be affected by the noise. Unfortunately, these options were declined.
From our side, we remained apologetic throughout, even though the situation was beyond our control, and we did our best to offer suitable solutions.
We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Every guest’s experience matters to us, and your comments help us improve.

Very lovely, warm and cosy home in a great location.
Dehumidifiers and huge fridge and dishwasher was also a nice touch.
Didn’t have any issues with noisy neighbours and the hosts were very friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect flat for our stay
Perfect flat for our family (two adults, two children) for our holiday in Bristol with a very good value for money. The neighbourhood is quiet but at the same time it is only a 5-10 minutes walk to Stokes Croft with its cool pubs (with live music!), restaurants and shops. City centre and coach station also nearby and in walking distance. The host provides all the information on time, is very helpful and quick in responding. The flat has everything you need, comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen (even tea and sugar :-)). We would like to come back!

Medium Term Stay in Bristol
Medium Term Stay in Bristol. The house was perfectly suited to our needs. Cleaning was scheduled throughout our stay, the office were available and helpful. I'd highly recommend.
Important, definitely book direct for the best rate. What's advertised on Airbnb is much higher.

The flat is very comfortable and well equipped, and the fact that all the rooms have en suite bathrooms is a plus. The location is phenomenal, a 20-minute walk from the city centre.
On the downside, the payment and deposit process was not very convenient, as it had to be done in advance of arrival, which is not very common with other rentals. The deposit is not a hold, but rather you have to pay it. In our case, we also had to pay a currency exchange fee, which was an extra cost.

Definately book it again
Booked this accommodation for contractors working in the area , they couldn't fault it , spotlessly clean, comfy beds, and lovely layout and decor. From my point of view booking process very easy and straightforward with excellent communication. Would definately book it again !

Very nice place
Very nice place. Apartament was clean, great localisation and very big. 5 rooms and all of them with seperate bathroons , that give a great time to stay with group of friends.
Very close parking withvsoace for more like 1 car. Flat is very nice .

Centrally located, quiet and stylish
The apartment is centrally located, in the middle of shopping and restaurant area, though very quiet and secure with the building having multiple access points.The apartment has all the facilities, is stocked with coffee, condiments and washing essentials, was super clean and furnished with style.I was amazed by how many books in various topics there were as well as with the quality internet and smart tv. Fabian provided the exceptional customer service and speedy response when I had a check in query. The best apartment I have stayed in Cardiff so far - I will be back! Best wishes, Jurgita

Nice flat with excellent support
The flat was comfortable and clean in a good location. However, the stand out feature was Fabian's support when the gas board had to dig up the road to repair the mains. He arrived in person to help and sorted out all the admin so we did not have to. The best service I have ever had from a flat owner.
