I ordered a sweatshirt and it came no problem and I loved it…so I ordered a couple more. Then the problems started. They sent the wrong sweatshirt and responded to my email about it within the same day. They said it would be shipped within 5 days. This was 3 weeks and 3 unanswered emails ago, and no response on my ask to be refunded. I feel I was understanding and gracious that I gave them so long to make it right. I even mentioned that I held off on this review in hopes they would respond. Never again.

Fab and the team at FabCreates are all amazing! I’ve gotten at least 15 items from them and love them all! Their Customer service is always happy to help and their art is always spectacular. Have even reached out in the past to get a custom item that wasn’t on a sweatshirt before and they were super helpful! Can’t say enough how much I recommend them!

I have bought several shirts from Fab Creates and they are soft with great quality. The designs are amazing and I wear them all the time! They don’t pill or wear down with multiple washes. Two thumbs up and 5 stars!!

Starting buying several months ago because of the uniqueness of the artwork; the t-shirts hold their color and shape and the sizing is spot on.

Had a small issue with not seeing an order and viola -- it was just me being impatient! Customer Service was exceptional on finding the exact order and letting me know that it may be a minute before it shows up in the account. Patience girl... patience.
