Great communication.

This is the first time I've had a custom head sculpt made. I am very happy with the finished product. While it may have taken a little longer to get done, I understand that life gets in the way sometimes and William was very good at communicating any issues that caused delays. I would definitely use Fabfigures again for future painted custom one sixth head sculpts

The customer service is appalling, no order confirmation, no shipping confirmation. It took more than 3weeks to arrive. Other suppliers from the same country have goods shipped and delivered in less than 2weeks. Will not be a returning customer.

I think this was an interesting process. I'm pretty new to the whole 1/6th figure zone and I wanted to get my custom character for cyberpunk done. Though the head model is really good it was a bit too big and doesn't fit on my figure very well as well as the fact that the paint makes him look orange. But again I reiterate that the headsculpt has potential and I'll see about touching it up a smidge. I feel like my inexperience to this world could also have impacted the end result of the final product as I maybe should have provided more exact measurements. The process was somewhat tiring as I expected to last 1-1.5 months but ended up taking nearly 3 months. The man handling my figure was very kind and seemed receptive to my feedback but at the end of the day, though the process felt relatively painless and the shipping was fast, it doesn't change that the end result was a little heart breaking considering the money and time spent.

Still the money no refunded to me after one month.. he said it will be in half month still nothing

A very bad company and he told me he will refund me my money and i have every thing by his chat in what’s app and e mails .. We dealt about figure for my gf birthday i pay him 650 dollars to deliver it in 4 of may .. at the first he sayed package not arrived by the same date .. i talked to him an 19 April
After this he told me i cant make it in this date if you want to cancel your money will be back in your account in one month .. then we made a new deal to make a new figure.. out of nowhere he told me i don’t want to do this again and your money will be in your bank account refunded in half month.. this was in sat 10 of may and still no money refunded .. and he blocked me in his what’s app and didn’t answer my e mails
And i can’t reach him in anywhere because he blocked me in whats app

I am very pleased!! William was very helpful and made my experience excellent. Communication and dialog was the best. I have been creating and crafting custom 8 inch action figures for years. However, this is my best experience!! Fabfigures created my 8 inch action figure from my imagination into reality!! I can not find the words to convey the attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Really happy. Had x2 figures made of myself and my partner. Which unfortunately were broken in transport. Sent the pics to the artist who made the figures and he made sure replacements were given free of charge and he even went out of his way to make further adjustments to my partners head which was such a brilliant resemblement of her. Highly recommend this company. Great interaction throughout . Customer service was great too and the figures were 10 out of ten. Thank such much my partner was amazed to see herself as a real life doll 💯👌🏽
