Horrible
I made an order a week back.
I still haven’t received any update on it. It has a tracking number but the order hasn’t been dispatched since a week.
I am getting no replies from customer care as well.
Never ordering here again!

Do not deliver on a weekend, unclear at checkout
Paid £8 delivery for next day. Purchased on Thursday to be post next working day, was posted out on the Friday but then to find they don’t deliver over a weekend. Was delivered on Tuesday. Spoke with someone who was helpful and said I would be fully refunded then via what’s app I was told all is stated within a policy on the website. This is all unclear upon purchase. Should be very clearly stated at check out, deliveries are not made on weekends.

On checkout and our website it clearly states
Delivery
We use FedEx for all our parcel shipping.
£5.99 for 1-5 working Days (Monday-Friday)
£6.99 for Next working Day (Monday-Friday)
Any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following working day after. (Monday-Friday)
Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that this does not include Public Holidays so any orders placed during these times may be delayed.
Please note that we are unable to provide a specific am or pm service and our couriers can deliver anytime between 8am and 8pm. However you will get a 2-4 hour delivery window if you track your parcel on the day of delivery.
Please note:
- We cannot be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- In the case of Next Day parcels not being delivered on time, it would be best to contact the delivery service.
- It is your responsibility to ensure there is a person to accept the delivery on the day of delivery.
- We will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused by incorrect input of address details by the customer.
It does state on check out and on our website we only provide a FedEx delivery service and it's Monday - Friday.
