I come to know the Company since past six month through its Roscoe St. Liverpool project.
During this time I have mainly communicated and talked to Denial Hulburn, whom I have found very helpful for providing information on every stage of my enquiry.
On construction progress at Roscoe, I find the company approach to its planning, programme to completion and meeting its stage targets very satisfactory and professional. Based on company development at Roscoe St. I can recommend it as a good company to invest with.

Phenomenal Service provided by Fabrik, with a special mention to Matt Harper- Penman, who has provided a great personal service throughout. Really looking forward to continuing to build our portfolio together and hitting our goals!

As an international investor in the UK property market i was fortunate enough to deal with Mr. Shaz Yaqoob, I really gave him a hard time and he was always happy to answer my calls and queries... Weekends, day, night, etc.. Even when the deal wasn't going right he quickly gave me another option and all worked out and he followed up until the end of the deal and ironed out all the creases!
