I strongly caution anyone considering Faceless.video. After paying for the service, my videos never finished generating and remained stuck in processing. Despite reaching out to support repeatedly, nothing was resolved. I ultimately cancelled my subscription, but they kept my payment and refused to issue a refund. Very poor service and unacceptable customer support.

Confusing and buggy interface

Confusing and buggy interface. They trick you into paying money, no way to unsubscribe straight forward. I am not even sure that I will not be charged next month. The videos are in horrible quality, nothing close to what you will do yourself with veo. they have a few blogs available that they probably tuned, everything else is really bad. 1*

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM! Paid for 300 credits, got only 20. Support is ghosting.
Text: > Do not waste your money here! I upgraded to the $9 Starter plan which shows as "ACTIVE". However, I was only given 20 credits, which is a "Free Trial" reset. To make things worse, the "Email Support" button in the dashboard doesn't even work – it’s a dead link! They take your money instantly but give you nothing in return. I had to use a virtual card and delete it immediately to stop them from stealing more. STAY AWAY!

SCAM

SCAM! As soon as you pay for a package the artificial views on your videos generated via the trial stop. No more videos will be generated by the system as it just keeps knocking back the time that your videos will be posted. The "Customer Support" will keep promising refunds that never materialise. I'll be reporting them to Stripe and seeking a refund through my bank.

Beware of faceless.video!!!

The project is apparently run by Jacob Seeger and Alex Steinberg... according to my information.

I've invested a considerable amount of money and time there... The system is riddled with bugs; the AI ​​constantly crashes, uploads either don't work or are completely broken. The support (initially an AI bot) pretends to take the problems seriously, but they either play dead or, after they point out that the problem has been escalated to the technical team, they don't respond. At first, there were only minor issues, but they worsened, and over the New Year period, uploads to YouTube were completely down. Apparently, the small team is overwhelmed. I strongly advise against using them; find a reputable provider!

Absolutely Useless

Complete waste of time and money, cant upload automatically to Youtube, constant error, the prompts don't work so you get stuck with very poor content - AVOID!

Faceless.Video - Just DON'T

Started with them in April. Video quality and service issues started pretty quickly after I paid and featured lots of misspellings and deformities in my content. Content repeated across multiple videos. YouTube removed multiple videos for copyright violations. Some videos did not even upload at all - that's when the stupid "Uh Oh" emails landed in my inbox, telling me to go download the video and upload to YouTube myself. The whole point of faceless.video is automation - what?? User dashboard is absolute useless garbage. Customer service always responded quickly, just wasn't any help. "Refund team" took pleasure in denying my refund request and never once apologized in their letter full of nonsense. Please don't give them your money, because you're going to get frustration and trash content in return. -5 stars.

Videos don't work and they won't refund…

Videos don't work and they won't refund you for their shoddy service. They will ignore emails and refuse to help, even though it's their service that doesn't work.
Videos didn't work at all for 2 weeks, then they started working but only generated 6 seconds. Customer service ignored emails completely.

Do NOT use these. Try any other provider

They offer free trial and you think it’s good once you pay you will find completely different prices and poor quality videos and the worst is the customer service.took me 6 weeks to communicate with them and they still don’t deliver the service promised and when I asked for refund was coldly denied. Not worth the hassle don’t waste your time and money with Faceless.video

BEWARE

BEWARE! (faceless.video)They offer a 2 dayTrial, but you must use a card for the trial! I tried one video and did not like the quality so I CANCELLED Immediately!!!!! Not even 1 hr had passed!! They have an option on site to cancell and I did SO, They still took money from my bank and THEY ABSOLUTELY REFUSE my REFUND! I subscribed for a free trial and I was…

I subscribed for a free trial and I was charged immediately for a year then two weeks later they tried to take double the amount from my account again! Thank god my bank realised something was not right and blocked the charge. I requested a refund and was told I subscribed for one year even though I showed the proof they charged me while I was on a free trial. They are scams I would stay away from them!

I canceled my subscription before the…

I canceled my subscription before the renewal date and submitted a refund request, but I was still charged. Despite canceling, the company continued to post videos from my account without my consent. Instead of issuing a refund, they force you to continue using the service and will take your money regardless. I contacted their support multiple times, but the issue has not been resolved, nor have I received a refund. I am now providing documentation of my cancellation and refund request to support my dispute. Very disappointed with the lack of response and resolution. They will just take your money and not honor any cancellations.
