Avoid

Dior lip oil was not genuine. Contacted them and they said their supplier had changed and refunded me.

ordered an eye cream that was only…

ordered an eye cream that was only dispatched three weeks later, and that was only after I chased the seller multiple times. After delivery, I researched the product and found many comments suggesting the item is fake.

I can confirm this is not the genuine product. After using it, my eyes had an allergic reaction — something which definitely wouldn’t happen with the real brand.

Do yourself a favour: BUY FROM A REPUTABLE BRAND.

Delivery was good however l am…

Delivery was good however l am concerned about the product. Rhodes glazing milk. I have bought this before from Sephora but this product consistency is different and so is the smell. When l used it my face started to feel like it was burning and had to wash my face with water immediately. I do not think this this is a genuine product.

All my emails are being ignored

All my emails are being ignored. Made an order at 19:04 yesterday before reading reviews on here. I then emailed them at 19:06 yesterday requesting cancellation of my order. I then sent another email to ensure my email would be received. This morning I received confirmation that package has now been dispatched. I then sent another email to re-iterate that I do not wish to receive this parcel. I have not received any response to these emails.

Hi Jack, I’m sorry we have not responded to your emails. We have tried to respond to everyone given the current volumes we are getting. We have looked in our inbox and cannot see any emails from you, so wondering if there was a mistake in the email address you sent it to?
I just managed to salvage your order before collection. I have honoured your cancellation and refunded your order forthwith.
As per our terms and conditions, we always try to honour cancellations in time but as you can appreciate, it is a week before Christmas so it is rather challenging to guarantee the execution of a cancellation in time.
Perhaps you could reconsider leaving a 1 star review over this issue.

Unfortunately I’m pretty sure the product I bought was not genuine.

I purchased a Dior lip maximizer which is a product I have bought religiously for years. When compared side by side to a John Lewis bought product, the colour and product quality is very different.

I would advise to proceed with caution if you’re trying to buy something you already use.

Please just save your money and don't get scammed…

Ordered a rhode lip tint 10ml and was sent a fake version. Only buy from here if you feel like you want to be sent a fake version of what you buy 🤷‍♂️

Your order was placed back in January, and raising this many months later makes proper investigation impossible. We take genuine concerns seriously, but this claim is unfounded.

Overall great experience!

The order was made quickly with no issues, and i was able to get the product within 5 days of ordering. The product wasnt damaged or missing, and it was in a great condition. Now on the other side this was my fault but i expected the product to be bigger, wich to my surprise wasnt, but that has nothing to do with the rest. Great experience!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Fake products sent, and it's not like they retail the product much cheaper than the original. Disputed this through my bank, as they're clearly ignoring all correspondence.

All of our products are 100% genuine, albeit in a poor state upon delivery due to damage during storage and transit in your case. We do not deal in counterfeit stock under any circumstances.

On 7th September, the same day you submitted your return request, we processed a refund of £26.00. A confirmation email was sent on 8th September, and the funds were returned to your payment card.

The only amount not refunded was the £3.95 shipping fee, which is clearly stated as non-refundable in our refund policy when no product is returned
.

We have also attempted to contact you directly by email and SMS to resolve this fairly.
