Excellent service and such a lovely person to deal with
Got in touch with Jon from seeing his name on Facebook. I am so pleased I did. Jon was very helpful, listened to what we needed for our cruise and with his knowledge we were able to bring together the cruise we were looking for. Everything was straightforward, explained to us and communication between us was spot on. I would not hesitate to contact Jon again for any other holidays now

Great booking experience with Fairclough Travel
Jon was very approachable and offered support and assistance without any pressure. We exchanged a number of emails and telephone calls and he also offered out of hours teams calls to include my husband. We were able to book our trip with ease and Jon found us the best deal possible honouring the price initially offered. He was able to discuss all the payment options available giving a clear indication of when payments would be due. His knowledge of the locations was excellent and he provided ideas on how we could enhance our trip and make it more comfortable by sharing knowledge of cabin solutions and avoiding the noisiest. I wouldn't hesitate to book another trip with Fairclough Travel.

Jon was very professional and listened to my needs whilst also being friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed and promises were met in relation to the sending of quotes, confirmation and documentation which were sent to me quickly even though it was outside of office hours on a Friday night. I was very satisfied with the costs and advice I received.

Fantastic service received
Fantastic service received. No pressure to book. Found us a great deal on our recent trip to Mexico. Extra help at the weekend
We sent a hotel choice , when the hotel then tried to charge extra for a roll away bed , Jon got straight back to us and with his help located another hotel nearby which will be better for our larger than average party
