FairShake is a LOUSY SHAKE!!!

I submitted several claims on FairShake, but was never once contacted by an attorney. As a matter of fact, FairShake would NOT accept my last case, citing SPAM PREVENTION AS A REASON!!!!!!!!!!

I went through a very unfair situation and I just wanted the mistake that was made with me to be repaired, I started to search for justice, because I couldn't afford a lawyer, until I found fairShake on Google, it was a light on my way, and justice has been done, thank you very much fairShake.

I had an issue with ATT over charging…

I had an issue with ATT over charging me on a phone line with zero usage because of some promotional deal. No phone issued to use service, no old phone activated to use service and no access to use. FairShake helped me. If you have an issue use them to resolve.

Gigantic waste of my time

Seems like I'm just the latest in a long string of complaints. You've been warned! I ran into this "company" or whatever it is they're supposed to be (since they make it VERY clear they are not attorneys, but yet they'll "help" you with arbitration, to the point of perhaps even arbitration on your behalf if allowed, or at least that was what I was led to believe) - anyway, its all hogwash. I filed with them my complaint against venmo with all my incredibly detailed information about how they (venmo) had frozen my account, cancelled a transfer and then nonchalantly refunded nine people money they had sent me for completed transactions, to the tune of around $2,700. All of the people supposedly had contacted venmo and claimed they "didn't mean" to pay me. ('Cause you know, I just mind-controlled them through the internet and made them pay me, I'm that good) Odd, since they took my bitcoin with no issue and then told venmo they didn't mean to send me money for it. Or maybe they left that first part out. Anyway, after 45 days venmo finally sent a letter to fairshake - basically saying, "well we think we are right, and here's our idea of what happened". Fairshake folded like a deck of cards, and I get an email notifying me that "they can no longer help me". I tried extensively to get an actual reason WHY they suddenly decided to drop me like a hot potato, but all I got was developmentally challenged run-around games that never gave me a conclusive answer. My own conclusion was simply that venmo had had their legal contractor respond, and that was enough to make fairshake fold. Don't waste your time. Go get a real attorney. You'll thank me and the others here.

I wish I could give less than 1 star

I wish I could give less than 1 star, this has been a huge headache, they contacted me in regards to my AT & T bill, and I agreed to a $700 settlement back in May. It is now August, and they are continually trying to charge me $139 , which I did agree to , but after receiving settlement only. Every time I get correspondence from them , it spins me in a circle, they never read the previous note and are always advising that my settlement is coming from AT & T and try to pt the blame on them. If this is the case I don't owe them anything, because they aren't doing anything to help. I've been waiting, and been told the check was ailed, and that I need to send direct deposit form, and I've been ignored, and told to visit the dashboard, and tons of other pointless replies. I have requested the name of someone to assist me, with no success. the chat feature absolutely does not work !!! This company should be out of business!!!

Thank you so much for helping me! The enemy tried making me feel like FairShake would be a scam, but when the Holy Spirit leads you, you must release all fear! I want to thank Christ for FairShake and its purpose to help everyone against big-time corporations! I appreciate you all for getting the job done, and winning my case! Words cannot describe how happy I feel right now, because I am a new business owner, and I had never applied for anything on my business credit until I opened a business account with a major phone company I disputed with FairShake services! I appreciate FairShake so much and the attorneys that were on the case! I was innocent and had Christ on my side making crooked places straight! Lord, I thank you, not only are the charges for the account dismissed but so are my collections for my business account!!! Thank God! and thank you FairShake, may you guys reap a harvest in your well-doing in due season! Thank you for contributing the God's kingdom!!!

The process was very easy

The process was very easy. It got Sprint/Tmobile to abide by the terms of their insurance, and they sent me a new phone. Fairshake kept me informed about the various response times and what my options were. I highly recommend Fairshake.

Fairshake To The Rescue!

I had a problem when I switched cellular carriers; I thought things were going to go smooth. WRONG! I had been trying to get this resolved since February 2022 without success. I had made a purchase but unfortunately my new carrier had no record of my purchase so they were charging me for what I had already paid. I provided them with receipts, documentation and my bank statement where it showed the funds were taken out. It was frustrating and quite stressful because I had gotten a raw deal. After many unsuccessful attempts in trying to reach out to the rep who assisted me with the purchase, her manager and even the regional manager, nothing was solved. So then I found Fairshake and they did what I couldn't do in months within 4 weeks. My issue was resolved and I'm very glad I came across them. I was assisted by an excellent team that kept me in touch with the status of my case. It was so easy and Fairshake was behind me every step of the way, so my case was resolved quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Fairshake when you need someone to speak on your behalf. Fair share doesn’t know the meaning! It’s a scam.

Ok, so my cell bill totals $1,765.91 from what was taken from me. If I divide 20% I’ll end up owing more then what I get back, 8,829.55! 20% is what they said I would be paying back? Here’s where it gets real funny! 40% is what I’ll use, you know just for sits and giggles. $1,765.91 divided by 40% is 4,414.775, half the amount 20% would be. Deeper? 60%? Ok! So $1,765.91 divided by 60% would be 2,943.183333333333 that’s half of half. No matter what you do, you I would be paying more to “fair shake” and have nothing for myself.

Our 20% fee means that if you accept a settlement, FairShake will ask for a fee equal to 1 in 5 dollars of the settlement. So if you settled for $1,765.91 we'd charge a commission of $353.18 on that amount. Negligent non-lawyers messed up an easy case

I write this having had my business phone cut off and a new business relationship lost because of it today - which would never had happened if I hadn't let Fairshake 'have my back'.

They had me wait 60 days to hear back from AT&T about a simple claim with bullet proof evidence. Then, after I paid to have my case advanced into arbitration, Fairshake cancelled it ...drumroll please.... without telling me. When I asked why they did this and without telling me a low level clerk who knows nothing of law gave me a non-sensical, factually incorrect response. Clearly Fairshake didn't want to arbitrate, but for some other reason they will not disclose. And it feels stinky.

I was happy enough to take things into my own hands, but Fairshake won't even deny or confirm if they even submitted my case to AT&T in the first place. If I hadn't have been delayed 70 days thinking my dispute had been filed, I would probably have my business phone working.

Having to tell the arbitrator 'well I don't know if I filed a dispute first or not cause I had this fake non-profit do it for me and then they ghosted me' just doesn't sound very slick. And it takes the focus of my case away from irrefutable evidence in what should have a slam dunk argument.

I don't think Fairshake are doing this to help people.
You don't need to pay Fairshake anything. You can easily find the 'disputes' link on the terms of agreement of most corporations and do the exact same thing yourself as they charge you for.

But you'll have someone who actually cares about your case handling things - you!

Doubtful at first but Great!

I was a little doubtful at first but it actually worked. I used them to fight Paypal and they offered me what I wanted. It took forever like almost 90 days I think but it did happen. Paypal did not admit fault but I only cared about the money. They were in the wrong but who cares.

I had a phone warrantied through Sprint

I had a phone warrantied through Sprint. I sent the phone back within 10 days. Four months later, they took over $500 out of my account (with no prior notification), for not returning the phone! I spent hours on the phone with them trying to get this problem resolved, they did nothing! I came across FairShake while i was browsing, I contacted them and lo and behold, they were able to get me a settlement offer. Within 30 days I was credited the money on my account! I can't speak highly enough about FairShake and I intend on telling everyone I can! Thank you FairShake!!
