Stopping companies from ripping people off!

Your company expedited my claim to Hughesnet. They had refused to drop the early termination fee. Their service never worked good enough to run my laptop on. I had moved and still it did not work. Hughesnet had been trying to get their cancelation fee out of my account (they still tried this morning). I was going to fight them and get all the money I had paid them because of the fact they want to charge me that fee. Your company was able to get them to agree to drop the fee. I am sure that they will stop trying to charge my card when they get the settlement agreement on the next business day. I am grateful to Fairshake for helping me and I would recommend them to anyone having an issue with a company. I did not realize that I would have to pay if I was not receiving money back. However, it was well worth the few dollars I paid your company to get them to drop that $400 they were trying to get from me. Fairshake did an awesome job!

I was being charged for a service I had…

I was being charged for a service I had called to shut off months ago. I received a $300+ bill from this company. I attempted on several occasions to talk to the company to get the issue resolved, only to get the run around. The company kept trying to tell me inowed different amounts (ranging from $70-$300+.) They were not able to answer why owed when I had the service cut off, if I actually owed why the amount changed every time they tool me off hold (which was numerous times, I spent 2 hours on the hoine with them) I contacted fair shake with this issue. Within a week or two I received an email the service had been cut off. A couple weeks after that I received a settlement email advising they were offering to waive the "fees" they said i owed. I agreed. The little bit if money I owed to fairshake for their services was well worth it... and surprisingly cheaper than expected

One Happy Customer

I thought there was not help for me to get compensated for the horrible way I was treated by MetroPCS.FairShake was just wonderful and so simple to do. Not long drawn out paper work or months waiting to hear an answer. I filled out one form and sent it and that's was it. My case was resolved within 4 weeks and that was it. Thank God for FairShake. They do what they say they are going to do. I would recommend them absolutely. Sincerely, Dorian Matthes

Let's be honest .... They make you think you're going to be compensated ask for their cut up front then the compensation dries up...

I had an issue with att they promised…

I had an issue with att they promised me my phone had alot of storage and cost was different then they said. Seen add for fairshake and figured I'd give it a try. Filled out the information online, they submitted it and just got my refund. Took only couple days. Was shocked, thought was fake and it wasn't. I highly recommend them.

I’m really really grateful for getting it done Fairshake …

I’m really really grateful for Fairshake and them getting directly to the point with T-Mobile and the confusion I had with their company for promising $800 Credit on trade-ins of I phone 10’s or newer, for the he IPhone 13. I sent my IPhone X in, they attempted to basically keep the phone and give me absolutely no credit. First they tried to tell me the phone was inoperable. I had it for a little over a year, never dropped it. It had always been in a thick 3 fold leather wallet case. It was basically new. So when I insistently stressed the excellent condition it was in, they then tried to say they never got it. I took photos of the shipping label and the box I sent it in, so then that wouldn’t work. They just simply didn’t call me back. That’s when I contacted Fairshake, and laid out what had took place. They went in and got it settled. My new IPhone 13 is now paid off, and I also received an additional $100 credit to my account. Thanks Fairshake! I do recommend you!

FairShake came through!

FairShake did get the amount of money I asked for from the company that I believed owed me. They were easy to find on my email and if you have a question or problem accessing something you can use the live chat at the bottom of the screen once you are on your Dashboard. Thank You, FairShake! I do recommend it to everyone that needs to resolve a monetary issue with a large company.

So far Fair shake has seemed to be on top of things except for a couple details U-Haul the company I have had to hire share for offered a type of settlement before it went to a biteration and fair shake did not recognize it as a closer to the situation although they had sent me this offer from U-Haul did not recognize it as a closer we should have been done immediately because I was more than willing to accept that there's all I need is my property another thing other than that they've been kind of on top of it and the other problem I have is now that there's another offer on the table similar I'm not able to accept it because I'm not able to continue with my profession due to the fact that all my tools and everything are in this shipping container I hired fishing for it now I can't accept the offer because I don't have the $20 to pay for the processing for you to accept the offer it doesn't make any sense

I had made a claim against Sprint and…

I had made a claim against Sprint and was escalated to demand arbitration and was trying to get all paperwork together and when I went to get tracking confirmation for the first phase letter it stated that it was just created and that there was no confirmation. Upon entering g chat to get clarification I was told that they sometimes bbn font get confirmation but that they send it a second time and when asked if I could get that I was immediately kicked out of chat and now can not chat with them. Very un professional. UPDATE THEY DID NOT SEND ME DOCUMENTATION OF RECIEPT OF DEMAND LETTER.

After 1 year of sending me a letter saying
They can't do much because At&t didn't
Answer their letter.

You can't call them ...you can't leave a voice mail....!

Pretty sure they didn’t actually do anything. They said they got a statement from sprint but that never showed once I talked to someone that was actually from sprints company to get it resolved. Best way to get things settled with T-Mobile and Sprint is to file a complaint with FCC don’t waste ur money on this. I only paid for this bc I was desperate to get a settlement with sprint/T-Mobile but I’m pretty sure these guys are just scammers.

All your communications with the company, including a signed legal document, are available from your FairShake dashboard. We only charge when you accept that settlement offer, which is binding on the company.

Because these companies are big, sometimes calling one department (like customer service) will mean they aren't yet aware of something carried out by another department (like their legal department). But if a settlement isn't followed you should return to our FairShake dashboard after 60 days and alert our team. You can also make sure you've followed any conditions on you in the settlement you signed, like returning equipment or completing additional forms.

At last a way to fight back against user agreements that make consumers powerless

T-Mobile couldn't even explain the math when I asked why I owed them an additional $90 when I had paid every month of my plan with autopay.

I believe that since the right to sue these disreputable companies in a class action lawsuit or any other kind of lawsuit outside of small claims or arbitration has been stripped from consumers in their terms of agreement, they deliberately beat money out of customers knowing it's easier to pay them than fight them.

Not anymore. Fairshake not only helped me clear my perfect credit and the fraudulent charges, but I was able to be compensated for the hours I had to spend being given the runaround by T-mobile's robots and outsourced labor who had even less authority to help than the robots.

Will use them again.
