Terrible customer service and the parts…

Terrible customer service and the parts that were missing still haven’t arrived for Christmas which means I cannot put up my tree that I ordered for over $1000. The entire experience has been below expectations and I will never order anything from this company ever again. And I expect a full refund ASAP and notify me when my refund has been credited back to my Visa card as soon as possible today Monday. I called five times and talked to Customer Service and nothing has been done. Everything came late. They were supposed to send parts last week parts are still not here and unable to use the tree for Christmas and embarrassment. .

Very slow service

The full shipment was not sent out within the promised one business day. I ordered on the sixth, emailed customer service on the twelfth with no response and then called on the 17th. Instead of overnighting the package, they sent it regular service the following day. It's the 23rd and I've not received my package. Buyer beware.

We are really enjoying our two…

We are really enjoying our two fairybell trees. A 20’ flagpole tree and a 13’ multi color tree. The only negative is the 13’ tree once set up has almost 2 feet of unlighted space at bottom of tree. Needs to have that area lit as well.

Nice but wires break

Well, I love the lighted tree on my flagpole and how easy it is to set up. I do not like that the wires break easy and have had to pay for replacement strands after 30 days of use.

What a disappointment

I was so excited to get the 13 ft. Luminous Switch flagpole tree, with the 1500 lights it was beautiful from the road and everyone driving by commented. However, after only 2 weeks up, sections started going out. We disconnected and reconnected several times and it looked good for a day or two and one day all but one section went out. We followed all the trouble shooting suggestions but still haven't heard back from them on what to do. I am ready to return this tree. What a disappointment!!

11 days and no info on tracking nor remedy

11 days since ordered pole as original FairyBell flagpole system didn't come with a pole. Multiple attempts to contact and get better tracking info (tracking links that were sent do not work and just go to their website).

Better installation instructions

Better instructions on how to put the tree up, with a better step by step video would help. The orange strap that is used to measure the outer diameter is not explained well how to use it and is way too short. the hold down straps need to be a lot farther out.

Bad instructions, wire broken

Instructions were basically only pictures & there was nothing on how to attach to a telescopic flagpole. Also one small section of lights had a broken wire & had to take it completely down, twist the wires together & fix w/electrical tape. Needed to get it up for grandkids or would have immediately returned it for a new one…may after Christmas anyway

Please explain to me how sending a new cable junction will fix a broken wire!!

Update: sorry, we did not understand that correctly. We also ship a new webbing so you can replace the broken light string (webbing).

Transformer and cable bundle defective

Transformer and cable bundle defective. Still waiting on delivery of product. Been delayed several times with no explanation or follow up. Would suggest not using fedex but Amazon on future orders. Need to communications with customer.

The transformer went out after about 20…

The transformer went out after about 20 uses and shipping that I paid for was USPS and is taking about 10 days.

More and more disappointed no one…

More and more disappointed no one answers phone was told in stock two to three days and yet product still not here. Multiple emails back and forth you'd think I could get a reply or an answer as to where it is or when it will be here. Very disappointing the customer support is terrible.

Terrible experiences with order fullment, quality management and customer service.

I’ve ordered 2 Christmas trees from Fairybell in the past month and have had problems with both orders. Both purchases were bundles in which the prices included the flagpoles and the lights. With the first order I didn’t receive the ball that goes on top of the flagpole. When I tried to explain the situation to their online AI customer support, it told me I had to purchase the ball separately. I had the same conversation 3 times until I was given to a human customer rep who apologized and sent the ball to me in a couple of days. Thinking it was just an oversight on their part, I ordered my second tree & flagpole bundle. It was scheduled to be shipped on Dec 1st and arrive on Dec 4th. I received a box on Dec 4th but it contained only the flagpole. I installed it and waited for the lights which never came. On Dec 14th I again went to the Fairybell website and explained the situation to AI customer support which said I would be contacted momentarily by a human. Two days later I received an email from a human with a standard customer complaint form asking me to explain my situation again. I explained it and am still waiting for a response from the company. I am now requesting an upgrade to my order for the trouble they have caused me by their neglect and laxness. My order # is FBUS6405.

I like the product

I like the product, but was upset that the FAQ said to downsize from the flagpole. I got a 20' tree and wished that we would have ordered the 26' tree.

I don't agree with that FAQ response

Light up your world!

I purchased 20 foot lighted tree to put on my flag pole. We are the only ones on the block that have one and it lights up the entire cul-de-sac. We’ve had it for only a year and the plug-in broke due to some high winds. Still under warranty, they replaced it immediately so that we could enjoy our tree during the remainder of the Christmas season. Thank you so much, awesome company!

Check the plug/transformer right away

shipped with the wrong plug for U.S. Customer service promised a new plug to be expedited right away. I have received no word of such via email as promised. so I sit and wait with a 700.00 tree that I cannot plug in.

Absolutely love our tree

Absolutely love our tree. All our neighbors love it as well. Tree is beautiful. Quality is good but very fragile for a flagpole tree. Great warranty. Highly recommend.
