20ft flag pole tree

The flag pole was the only good part. The Christmas tree lights are a tangled mess. The top is jumbled with lights. Not a nice cone shape tree. Definitely not worth the $550 I spent. I watched the videos online of installation definitely not easy like they showed.

The 20ft Smart Magic tree was sent with…

The 20ft Smart Magic tree was sent with wrong connector cable. The one I received was a 6 connector and it should’ve have been an 8 connector. The instructions or video did not provide enough detail for me to figure out what was wrong.
Also instructions for connecting to the app are also very difficult to understand. Plus the app itself does not allow for certain functions, like simply having a multi-color tree.
Very disappointing, especially for the amount of money I spent.

The issue is not solved. I have called every day and no one answers. I have emailed and sent a service request without any response. Since this is the only forum you answer… please send a replacement 8 connector cable so I can try to get the lights operational.

I am updating my review to 4 stars. The company sent a new 8 connector cable which is working perfectly. I still have an outstanding question about using the Tuya app to create a custom static color scene.

Customer Service is Terrible!

Really terrible customer service! I have attempted to make contact with this group via their service request feature, email, and multiple phone calls to no avail. I purchased the 26', 3000 led tree and paid for a $1000 dollar decoration. It has failed in two places since installation and now I'm not able to process a warranty request because my parts aren’t even listed on their website. This is a terrible way to treat customers that invest this level of money in a product. Please do better...

Fairybell 20’ flagpole tree a new favorite decoration

Online ordering was easy and smooth. Only took 4 days to receive the shipment from overseas. When received it was extremely well packaged. I literally opened up the box clipped the top of the tree onto my flag clip and hoisted the tree up the rope straight out of the box. I tackled the job by myself with two people it would be a breeze. Impressed with the heavy steel stakes they provide for the ground and the bungee straps at the base of the lights that connect to the stakes. Holing up the lights is a simple several minute process and you’re set for light up. IT LOOKS GREAT 🌲. Hopeful I’ll receive many years of use out of it.

Ok I bought the 13ft tree with…

Ok I bought the 13ft tree with flagpole warm lights ,I love it simple ordering took about a solid wk for delivery, but after set which was pretty easy and straight forward there were 5 lights that were a bright white and they flashed, all were on the same line I just put blackout caps on looks amazing love it.

I have exhaused all efforts trying to…

I have exhaused all efforts trying to reach Fairybell to no avail. Email, phone calls x24 (they never answer), messaged on website, messaged on FB. I ordered my 20' led flagpole tree. It has yet to ship, and the tracking number I received, says only a ups label was created. So frustrating!

Tree looks great, great customer service.

The 25 foot 1500 led light tree looks great - it gets a lot of complements from the neighbors. Customer service was responsive to a minor issue. Although it was not possible to reach an operator in the afternoon (during the first week of december - probably their busiest time of the year) I got right through right after they opened in the morning and everything was taken care of.

The product turned out pretty decent…

The product turned out pretty decent but for 360 plus dollars I expected a little bit more. If this tree was 200 dollars it would be a five star but the directions were not well done and the set up was a little bit cumbersome. Final product was ok.

Good product not great support

I sent over a note upon receiving my recent 10’ tree. The box was opened and had been taped several times. It looks like this was a return and then just re sent to me. I never received a reply.
I also have a 20’ tree and asked how many lights do I have. I can’t find my record but I’m sure you have it. I was told to look on the bottom of box which I do t have. Seems passing the buck is the indicator I get when asking something or no reply.
I want to order another tree but your inventory is gone.

My new tree came quickly

My new tree came quickly. The tree box was pretty beat up from transit and had been taped in various spots where the box was weakened somewhere in transit and before delivery. Often an outer box is not needed on some items, but it may be necessary for this product to further protect it. I have not had a chance to remove the tree from the box yet to ensure it works properly. I currently have a Fairy Bell tree, but some of the contact points are rusted and it won't light up. I ordered some repair parts and hopefully can get it to work since it is already up on the flagpole. If that does not work, the new Fairy Bell tree I just received will take its place. The current tree has been through a great deal of weather with wind, rain, and overall dampness during this time of year. and performed well. I have super enjoyed the Fairy Bell tree on my flagpole for at least 5 or more Christmas seasons with absolutely no problem. I live on a hill, and it is impressive to see it sitting high up there from the road below. I like it so well, I wanted to replace the current one with a new version if the old one cannot be repaired with new plugs. Two of the contact pins on a plug rusted and fell out of the plug. That is the item we are hoping to repair by rewiring in a new plug. One thing I would throw out to those who buy the tree is to take it down carefully when Christmas is over to prevent a great deal of untangling of the webbing straps the next year. My son got the idea to roll the tree webbing in a tarp like a jelly roll as it is taken off the flagpole. He got it up in record time this year doing that as it prevented a great deal of inter-tangling of the straps. It's an impressive, but simple concept for a lighted outdoor Christmas tree hoisted into place with a telescoping flagpole. I love it.

I ordered my 20 ft 1200 LED Tree and Flagpole bundle Monday, it says it’s still preparing for shipment, and it’s Thanksgiving tomorrow. Emails have gone unanswered. I see a review below saying a customers tree is on back order and will not be available this year, is this the case with mine?? Order# FBUS6215.

Terrible Customer Service

Worst customer service ever. I have been trying for 3 days to get a return label to return a tree I ordered. I have emailed them twice, spoken to an actual person 5 times, who assures me every time that a label will be emailed to me but it never is, and tried using their chat function, but to no avail. Their website says returns are accepted within 14 days, and I am well within that window. It should not take 3 days to receive a label. I am beyond frustrated!
