From the moment I placed my order, I have been dissatisfied with the process. It took 6-8 weeks for the item to arrive. I would ask for an update and not get much information. When I requested to cancel due to timing, they did answer. I ordered a personalized stuffed rabbit for Easter for my grandson. The item arrived with a 2"x3" sticker on the back of it that will not come off. I contacted the company for a refund as I am not able to give my grandson a stuffed animal with a sticker on the back. They instructed me to use a blow dryer to try to take the sticker off. This did not work. They are only willing to give me a 30% refund. The stuffed animal cost over $40. This is unacceptable. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WISHED I DID MY HOMEWORK BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

So thin would not stay in place on floor. Very, very slippery. Cannot use, too dangerous

It was just a small item, but it is a really well made quality item, that my wife carries with her every day, thankyou.

This purchase was a replacement for a ring I used to have. This version was beefier and slightlylarger scale, thus better quality. The package tracking information was frequent but not detailed. However, the product arrived in a reasonable time and in very good condition.

very bad customer service-took about one full month to get order-picture to orange-no means to hand it on wall-would not recommend buying from this company-I ask for a discount and they wanted pictures-I sent them and was told the pictures were not clear enough and they could not read the packing label

Anytime I needed to ask questions I was responded to same day if not by next day!!! I ordered my Customized Candles for my grandmothers 1st year celebration in the Heavens w our Father God !! The look different than on the website !! Looked like actual engraving detailed b but instead I got a candle w a picture but it’s nice & I got 8 candles in 10 days THANK GOD I WILL HAVE OUR CANDLES FOR APRIL 17
