Less than one star. This is a SCAM! They provide fake tracking, try to tell you it takes weeks to make and then stop responding. They will not provide a phone number. No product is ever sent and I had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

These sheets are not linen and made in China, which was not disclosed when ordering... barly got my order after a month and a half and they are hard even after washing three times and make me itch. Scammmmm company do not order!

this is a scam company. I tried to contact them to return them and was not successful. The sheets tags do not have any indication they are linen. And they feel nothing like linen. Do not buy!

The shipping took a couple months, was shipped from China and arrived with stains. I tried to contact the company, there is no phone number listed and the emails are getting returned undeliverable.

Ordered linens and have not received them after many weeks.

They r from china and will take months to receive. Buyer be ware !!!

Like so many other people on here, I was scammed by this company. Outright thieves! Just took my money and that was the end of that.

I ordered two sets of the bed linens from Faith Linen and never received them. I have reached out twice with no tracking numbers or credit back to my account provided SCAM SCAM SCAM

If I could give it negative reviews I would. They claim they're made in Europe but the tracking info is China. I can't give a review as to the quality of the sheets because it's been 6 weeks and I never received them. They sent tracking # which is from CHINA but you cant actually tracking with the # they send. It is a SCAM! PLEASE LOOK ONLINE AT THE REVIEWS. I wish I had. All say it's a scam. I think 6 weeks from CHINA is sufficient time to receive although they should've been "hand made in Europe".

This company is fraudulent and I wish I had never came across them. I still don't have my product two months later.

claims to be made in Italy but they were shipped from freaking CIHNA. and product never received.

Terrible quality, hugely oversized pillow cases - not to any Australian pillow measurements. Not happy - don't buy anything from this site.

Never received order. Only got a response when amex did chargeback. The tracker was the exact date of order, then nothing. Merchant name is ANAHA. Thats in hawaii. The number for customer service is a 202 washington dc number with busy signal always. Tracker in chinese but says they are made in europe? It has been over a month and tracker still is october. I feel these scam sites pay china to link a tracker so they show its sending but it never does so they can scam money from credit card company.

I didn’t make a purchase of Faithlinen because they suggested washing them in cool water, really?
So you should know bed sheets 100 cotton linen you should wash in hot water. So this was a big No No for me

I saw this “100% European Flax Linen” from Italy on Instagram. I left Instagram & went to their own website Faithlinen.com thinking this was safer. I purchased a set of linen queen sheets including pillow cases using ShopPay/Affirm. Also I thought this was a verified company. Wrong! I did more research after placing my order unfortunately & found this company is a fraudulent company. Their trust scores are low, it’s a new domain and the owner has covered his credentials. The reviews are all fake on their website so I knew I was scammed. On ShopPay I use installments thru Affirm. I have had extreme frustration using this method of pay for this purchase. I cannot disable the 3 next payments even after not receiving the order or any communication from the company. Email only is available to Faithlinen which I have done twice without any response. Typical. I’ve had no help from ShopPay or Affirm even after wasting time trying. Any customer service is foreign and communication is barely understandable. FIRST OF ALL, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I don’t recommend using ShopPay or Affirm either. It’s a nightmare!

Haven't received order, but after I placed order to find out it was coming from China, doubt set in.

Guess they won't be arriving, and that they aren't linen, won't be purchasing off FB again.

I paid $200 AUD

FB need to ban this company from advertising.

Ordered 10/27/2025. Have not received them or received any explanation as to what the problem is. IT IS A SCAM.

The sheets that I ordered in October just came in; They are not 100% linen. Do not waste your money on these imposters.

I purchased linen sheets from this company to the tune of one thousand dollars and have yet to receive any updates on the shipping process. I just learned that these people are based in China, so I will probably never recoup my money. This is the second time I’ve been scammed by a company pretending to be in the United States. I will only purchase from stores I trust that are based in the United States in the future. I sent an email requesting a full refund.

I wouldn't even give them a single star, but I wouldn't let me give a review otherwise. I ordered a king sheet set on October 7th. I was notified that it shipped on October 15th via an airline with a China tracking #. First of all, I couldn't find anywhere that it was made in China. Second of all, the tracking has said it's in transit for almost 3 weeks now, no updates. I've contacted the company, but received runaround emails back. Their waiting on product, their looking into where it's at with their shipping agency, etc. I'm not impressed, and warn anybody against buying from this company. They advised on Facebook.
