I was so skeptical while ordering from Faiza Saqlain but ALHAMDULILLAH I am beyond happy with my purchase 🥰❤️

Selected Faiza Saqlain for my sister's wedding. The process was really smooth, online team was super helpful and I got my order on time! I'm beyond happy with my outfit 😍😍😍😍 Can't wait to order again!!!!!!

I would leave 0 starts if that was possible! I ordered my outfit way in advance hoping it would come in time for the event. Sadly they have told me it will be delivered after the event. After reading multiple bad reviews I still put my trust in faiza saqlain hoping they deliver on time. They do not meet customer satisfaction needs! This is a shame as the clothes are beautiful but it’s not worth the hassle! YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECIEVE THE OUTFIT ON TIME. The customer service team is not great. They leave you on read! I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I ADVICE ANYONE ELSE NOT TO! THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! PLEAE PLEASE NO ONE ORDER FROM THEM THINKING YOU WILL RECIEVE THE PARCEL ON TIME AS YOU WONT! THEY DONT EVEN FOLLOW THEOR ON DELIVERY TIME FRAME.

Unexpectedly brilliant stuff i have purchased online. This is rare that you get such a high quality stuff as explained in the description. Normally online purchases are opposite to what we see online. Great stuff with neat stitching.
Highly Recommended to all.

Wore Faiza Saqlain at my sisters wedding. I was flooded with wonderful compliments all evening. Aside from being so comfortable, the colours, stitching and style was stunning.
So very happy.

If I could give this 0 stars I would, because I placed my order back in February 2022 and I still have not received my order and it’s been way past the 65 day mark that they say it takes. It is now June 2022 and still nothing, they don’t communicate properly they don’t pick up any calls and they sure as hell don’t send the outfit that we’ve been waiting for for over 100 days. I’m very disappointed in this brand as a whole, they don’t care about their customers and to get them the order in a timely manner. If it takes longer at least let us know so we can plan accordingly or buy it accordingly. Instead we buy it expecting it to come by the 65 day mark and still nothing. I hope some one else learns from my mistake and never has to deal with them or buy anything from them. I’m definitely never buying from them again and not recommending them to anyone. I’m gonna make sure anyone I know knows about this bs I had to go through with this brand.

I have ordered my Bridal dress from Faiza Saqlain, and they were really helpful throughout. I have been in touch with Sarah who was handling my order. She responded to all my questions timely. And my dress was ready on the exact date that I have requested. Even after I got my dress, I have few questions and Sarah was there to answer. I am happy with my dress, all the work and service😊

Ok, so I placed my order on 12th March and received it today, 23rd May. This came on time as stated on their website - 45 working days. They do deliver, but be prepared to wait and don't expect informative or helpful responses from their wattsapp. Their customer service is appalling for international customers and I don't think they really care! I gave a 3 star rating because of their poor service, however the outfit did arrive.
If you ever want to order, take a look at LAAM.

I placed two orders 73 days ago for my son's coming wedding. The delivery promised was May 2nd - Sadly this team sucks as they do not answer your text messages, calls or respond with a proper answer. Very sad indeed to have such poor service from a top notch designer. I will update this review if I get proper service from this team otherwise I guess it is an expensive lesson learnt.

I want to appreciate Faiza Saqlain and her team for an instant response on their WhatsApp. As I ordered my dress I wanted to alter few things and they made sure of it that those alterations don't go unnoticed.
Also beautiful work on the outfits and excellent quality of fabric.

Initially I was not sure about my order, either they will deliver it on time or not.. but shukar I got on time...yaayy!! :D

We ordered the outfit through whatsapp. Initially we chose a red colour, but after a couple of weeks changed our minds to a white colour. The Faiza Saqlain team, particularly Sarah were always available to respond, and accomodated our request for the change in colour with no issues. The outfit was absolutely beautiful - perfect for a bride! So happy!
