Installation of a wall mounted gas fire.
The fitters installed the ‘in wall’ gas fire over 2 days.
Their staff were on time, meticulous in protecting the room and furniture from dust and damage, and always polite and helpful. On completion of the work everything was tidied and cleaned before they departed.
The old floor mounted gas fire was removed and disposed of by the company.
I would certainly use their services again in the future.

We had the pleasure of using Fakenham Fires. They were absolutely brilliant. Hearth tiles and back plate were matched up, (diamond black/white tiles) Mark was very fussy took his time and the end product is stunning. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you

We were very impressed with all the people who worked on our property, from the builders who removed the old fireplace and chimney, to the plasterer and the gas installers. The only reasons I haven't given five stars is firstly, we would have liked them to cover up with move dust sheets and shutting doors when moving between rooms. Secondly because the fire ended up only a couple of inches from the wall it would have been nice to have been given time to decorate the newly plastered wall and skirting board before the installation.
