Crawford Hunter Upholstery Ltd Avis

Crawford re foamed our three seater couch and done a fantastic job, looks and feels like new, would definitely recommend Crawford Hunter Upholstery.

We had our two leather recliner sofas returned yesterday after being reupholstered and deep cleaned by Crawford Hunter and are really pleased with the result. The sofas are back to being comfortable to sit on and looking much fresher. I would recommend them.

Helen and Crawford were so helpful and absolutely delighted with our re-sprung and re- upholstered suite… this is the 2nd time the sofa has been redone due to it being sturdy and hard wearing we bought it second hand and previous owners had it recovered and we have done the same… would not hesitate to recommend this fabulous service

We were delighted with the timely and excellent quality of the leather repair to our armchair.

Can't fault the service we received from Crawford and Helen.
Recently had a corner suite recovered and we are very happy with the quality and standard of workmanship.
Helen was very helpful and both worked hard to ensure we had our furniture back in plenty of time for Christmas.
A very knowledgeable and professional team.
Thankyou.
We will see you in the new year as we have a few other jobs for you.
Highly recommend this company.
Thankyou both again.

We found this company earlier this year and were very impressed with their work. So we have recently returned as repeat customers.
In our view, Crawford and Helen provide an excellent, professional and timely service. They are both very knowledgeable and helpful, and their pricing seems very fair. We had a number of old pieces of furniture which needed to be brought back to life: some Lloyd Loom chairs, a padded chest, a footstool, plus conservatory furniture which needed to be strengthened and to have new cushions. We were very satisfied with their service (which included collection and delivery to our home when needed), and would highly recommend them.

My reupholstered couch is amasing, it looks fab back in my livingroom. The standard of service and craftmanship is excellent, great value and I would recommend them.

We decided to have a settee we had bought on Gumtree reupholstered, the service we received from Crawford and his team has been excellent. We wanted fabric the same as our other furniture , which was easily sourced for us. The workmanship is very professional and the whole job was completed within a short time.

I had an antique rocking chair upholstered by Crawford. The upholstery was fine and I was really pleased with the covering of the back of the chair. The overall effect of the chair was as I had pictured it but on closer inspection the braid finishing left much to be desired. First of all, the braid was put on the opposite of the way I'd asked for, that was corrected but there were parts of the braid that had not been secured, the finishing was not the same on both sides, the braid didn't sit straight and overall not the precise detail it should have been.
The rocking chair has huge sentimental value and I paid a lot of money to get it done up but I am gutted that it was not finished to the same level as the actual upholstery. Helen has tidied up some of the braid as best as she can for me, which was much appreciated, but I am really upset that the whole job wasn't done to the high standard I expected.

Very happy with the advice and result my sofa has been given a new lease of life - new foam cushions and refilling of the back cushions and some top tips along the way, thank you Crawford

Harris tweed chair , part recovered In leather , happy with finished result

First class service, kept up to speed with work getting done. Excellent workmanship.

Fantastic and speedy service. Highly recommended.

Crawford and Helen were extremely helpful in recovering my Podiatry chair.

Cannot praise Crawford and Helen highly enough. From my initial inquiry their service has been superb. Crawford came to assess the sagging seats on our leather sofa and before we knew it they had been repaired to an excellent standard. A very prompt and professional service. Thank you guys.

Professional and timely re-upholstering of two old wingback chairs. They look brand new again. Plenty of fabric choice. Friendly people. We are happy!

I'd highly recommend Crawford and Helen, their work is excellent. They have now upholstered 3 pieces of furniture for me and every time I've been very happy with the result. Nothing is a bother for either of them, they are quick to respond to any questions, really helpful, knowledgeable and the choices of materials/fabrics/leather they have is awesome. Thanks to both of you for yet another job really well done.

We had our threadbare sofa brought back to life by Crawford Hunter. The team couldn't have been more helpful and the advice was superb. It was a pleasure to deal with such skilled and honest people.

I recently had 4 dining chairs recoverd in leather. The advice and service was excellent. The quality of the finished product was first class and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend Crawford Hunter Upholstery to anyone. I will definitely use this firm again.
