We had a DFS leather sofa back repaired. They were able to match the leather, remove the back and repair it in their workshop, then fit it back on the sofa looking as if it had never been away. A very neat job, and good service.

Very good service recieved, had a few items repaired/modified over the past 6-8 months.
Quick turnaround and always made welcome within the shop/workshop.

Having had others who seemed to be more interested on recovering the whole suite Crawford explained that he could find the matching leather and repair the area that was damaged and took the chair to his workshop
He returned our chair and we are delighted with the result therefor would have no hesitation to recommend his work

We highly recommend Mr Hunter and his staff for highly professional work in the reupholstering and restoration of our vintage G-Plan armchair. Several years ago, we were directed to Mr Hunter's company by our insurance company for a repair so knew of the company. However the restoration and craftsmanship of the well-used 1969 chair is most impressive.

Just had Two Two seater leather sofa recovered to a finish that surpassed our expectations from start to finish we were very happy there was no big sales pitch just honest info. Good value for the money.Could not buy new for the money .

I cannot believe a family run business can treat customers so poorly and still survive in this current climate. I've been a loyal customer of Crawfords Interior Upholstery for years but will never use them again. Booked an appointment before lockdown, waited until the shop opened again. Booked in for 25 Aug. They called me to move appointment to 27 Aug. Waited in all day. Called 3 times throughout the day as could not leave the house. They assured me that someone would turn up (even arranged childcare for school pick up). No one arrived. Called them the next day and they rescheduled a clean for 24 September. Yes, a month later. Have called numerous times to complain and ask for an earlier date - as they moved 1st appt and I obliged - or some form of compensation. No call back despite reassurance from Margaret and Helen that Crawford would call me. Phoned on 22 September to confirm 24 September appointment as I hadn't received a call back and they advised it was no longer booked in!!! I had already paid! I now have a refund and will never use them again. You cannot treat customers like this. Appalling experience for any customer but clearly no problem in losing a loyal one. I'll take my business somewhere else.
