The shipping took very long although that is something they’re transparent and warn you about so that’s fine - but the hoodie itself was definitely not worth the wait or the price. Definitely didn’t match up well to all the rude comments and clap-backs the company’s Instagram page’s comment and responses makes boasting about their brand and quality.

The design is slightly unique, yes, but the quality is bad. Colour starts fading immediately. My partner commented that it looks second hand when I got it brand new. The material on the inside keeps transferring to my pants even after multiple washes and me owning it for a few months now. Not worth it at all

Everything exceeded my expectations 🥰 I already got 7 hoodies that I've been wearing daily. My first order from November 2025 took a couple of months to arrive which was the delivery time I expected, as it's clearly stated on the website. My second order was shipped literally the next day and the package arrived within a week! 😍 One of the hoodies was wrong but the problem was fixed quickly and I got to keep the extra hoodie as a gift and received the correct one too. Very good service and it was actually a blessing, I'm now in love with the "wrong" Machna hoodie. It's the softest and comfiest hoodie I've ever owned. All my Komodos too are very high quality, unique pieces of art where every detail is engineered to perfection.

I placed an order and was fine with the wait, they advised 6-8 weeks “production” time before being dispatched. I finally received my order more than a month later and they’ve sent the wrong colour way, I find this so careless from whoever was packing orders.. you’re expected to wait 2 months and for it to turn up not correct was just annoying. It took me 7 days to get a response from them, I emailed and messaged on Facebook. I didn’t even get an apology or anything for their error, just a 50% refund if I was happy to keep the product. Stay clear from this “business” if you’d even call them that, they need to improve their customer service.

If I could give this no stars I would. The item never showed up. I paid £80 for a hoodie. They offered me a refund and I got £1.70 back. Don't buy

I received a jumper with a large oil stain right in the middle. After waiting a month for customer support to reply, they claimed the mark was just a “wrinkle” and a characteristic of the material. It was obviously an oil stain and makes the jumper unwearable. Very poor response and disappointing customer service.

Scam company. Product doesn’t arrive still not here after months and the owner is extremely rude no refunds given. They’re made in china for probably pittance.

As much as I wish this garment didnt take so long...the quality and design is actually really good.

Absolutely dogshit service. Paid, and didn’t receive any confirmation or shipping details. 5 emails sent with zero replies. Phoned the bank told them I’ve been scammed and got my money back

Extremely terrible company with no customer service. Please beware of companies like this - no response regarding shipping, item not received. Lots of money gone.

I ordered a hoodie on January 2nd, and it’s now February 11th — almost 6 weeks later — with no updates and it still hasn’t shipped. Email support is unresponsive, and I had to contact them through Instagram. They claim production takes 3–6 weeks, which was never clearly stated. I also paid for worry-free delivery, but it hasn’t meant anything. After seeing the bad reviews, I gave them a chance, but I wouldn’t recommend buying from this site and won’t be ordering again.

Ordered from here and felt I needed to write a Review. From reading previous reviews I felt I made a mistake by purchasing from here as a lot of reviews were quite negative. Although it is a long wait for the item the quality over rides that and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Weirdly I actually had an okay experience with shipping - the issue was the quality of the jumper itself. Loose threads all over and really dodgy stitching. I’ve emailed them with photos but yet to hear back.

Expensive item for slightly above average quality.
The company took 6 weeks to dispatch my order and only did so after I emailed them three times - threatening to contact Citizens Advice in the third email.
They never responded to any email but after the third I received a shipping notification within an hour. Even then it still took a week for the item to arrive.
They flaunt themselves as an American brand but the shipping tracking is based in China so that isn't credible either.
Will never EVER purchase from this company and have actively told others not to, either.

Please don’t ever buy from them. I ordered my hoodie back in November. It’s now 10 weeks after the order and no info whatsoever. I tried commenting on their ig about the issue and they are mean as f***. They are saying shit like „shut up” „no shit” to customers. What even is that?!?!? After I commented they blocked me xddd on every account. Stop giving them money it’s not worth it even tho the pieces are fire.

This is a really good quality hoodie in an insanely good design. Yes, it won't come overnight, this isn't Amazon. But it's so worth the wait. This is a sweater for a lifetime!! I had absolutely zero issues texting them on Instagram to order and track the shipment. It took no longer than two weeks all together. This is the perf snowboard / skate / running / airport / everywhere piece and I'll order more stuff with them.

On 26 december I made the order, today I still know nothing about my package, I just know that they didn't even prepared it. I send a lot of mails and nobody reply. and now i have problems with my payment method 'cause I cannot pay other things 'cause the app is waiting to solve this problem.

Same issues as many, many others that I've read. Waited 7 weeks to reach out about shipping status, sent 3 emails before I disputed the charge with my bank. Got my money back, they can keep the hoodie. Do better or this will be another social media hyped brand with nothing to back it up. There are better brands at similar price points who can actually fulfill orders in a timely manner.

If I could have given 0 stars I would. I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering, my daughter sent me a link for a hood that she wanted for christmas, I placed the order and waited, I did read that shipping could take between 4 and 6 weeks, so when I emailed to ask for an estimate delivery at 5 weeks, I had no response a further 5 emails sent over the next 3 weeks and still nothing. I raised a complaint via PayPal and surprise surprise you responded giving the shipping details of 29th Dec, as this item was a gift I said id wait for delivery and closed the complaint. As I had not heard anything regarding tracking etc I emailed again around the 6th January a further 2 or 3 emails following this and then had no other choice than to reopen the paypal complaint. I have contacted this company via Instagram again asking for delivery details after aback and forth conversation I was told February when I asked if they were taking the mick, I then had the response of scrap that let the 90 days go through PayPal. Awful customer service please please please no one purchase from this company. I had no intention of writing such a review as my daughter very much wanted the hoody I ordered and I have tried in vain to get some resolve but the attitude and lack of consideration for their customers have left me no choice. I can see that they don't respond to these reviews so I'm not expecting any response!!!
