High quality good service
What a good company with really good service and quality products. There was a mistake with my order accidentally, with a few Emails where they responded really quick they’ve send me a new product in the correct size. I can definitely recommend this website to everyone!

Placed two orders, both lost/cancelled
Ordered 3 shirts for son’s birthday, eventually despatched but then tracking showed no progress for a week. Declared lost/shipping error, so refunded. Placed another order for 3 different shirts (original choice now out of stock) and same thing happened. Waited 1-2 weeks for despatch, then another week when the parcel never moved so it was cancelled and a refund issued. Very frustrating.

Really poor quality shirt
Very poor quality shirt. Purchased a Mexico Gold Cup shirt and the badge has fallen off along with ‘adidas’ patch in bottom right of the shirt has started to peel. Asked for some help and despite only wearing the shirt 3/4 times, I fell outside the exchange period. I also asked why this shirt was no longer available on their website and they didn’t address my question. Avoid.

Thank you for leaving a review. Always great to get feedback so we can improve. As discussed over email, the washing issue you experience isn't usual and jerseys tend to last relatively long - you may note this with the other items purchased. However, as discussed, this grievance has been raised nearly a year since the initial purchase. Our order management system has certain restrictions that cannot be manually overridden. Unfortunately, because the original order was placed some time ago, the option to process a full return is no longer available in the system. That’s all really - customer satisfaction is more valuable than just keeping a shirt sale so if we could, we would be keen to resolve this more in line with your expectations. As for our stock of the shirt - naturally items can go out of stock as jersey availability hinges on the football seasons. It is almost the 26/27 season, so unfortunately some items from 24 or 25 have gone out of stock for us. There was no intent to not raise this, we were just focused on explaining the initial return/refund period issue. We genuinely appreciate your support, and it has not gone unnoticed that you are a repeat customer. We apologise again for not meeting your expectations on this occasion, and we hope to provide you with a better experience in future.
Fire quality, delivery long but understandable.
The jersey is fire and good quality. The price was very reasonable. Only points I’d dock off for is the time of delivery, but considering it is overseas and out of country, it wasn’t so bad. Very pleased with my purchase.

I had a fantastic experience with False9Fits. The delivery was quicker than I was expecting and the quality of the jerseys was exceptional, wouldn't be able to tell the difference compared to an authentic jersey.
