Room for improvement
I’ve used fancy plates before around 5 years ago and had no issues. Ordered from them a week ago and received my order 4 days later.
The reason I’ve only given 3 stars is due to the high postage prices and lack of customer service. It says you will receive an email to confirm dispatch but I didn’t. Also with paying £7 postage I would have expected the order within 2 days.
I contacted fancy plates for an update on my order an never got a reply.
The plates are fine though.

Ordered plates off these awhile ago and nothing has shown up. no response to any emails except one saying i should have had them no later than 14th.
i would never use these again now. what an utter shower of S*** for a company.

Eventually resolved my issue
I ordered a set of plates in March 2018 and noticed in April that the rear one was delaminating. I emailed them a couple of times including photos of the affected areas and had no response whatsoever. I even tried to call them on their phone number and you guessed it no one answered. I emailed them again in December and actually had a reply that a replacement plate would be sent out. I received that today so it looks as if they are starting to take their customer service more seriously. Review changed from 1 star to 3 as a result.

Don’t waste your time with this company.
The plate I ordered turned up in good time, the quality looks the same as others but there is zero communication. I emailed two queries about the order confirmation, NO REPLY. There was an error on the plate, emailed, NO REPLY. I sent a further email, NO REPLY. Any company that just ignores its customers is complete rubbish and should be avoided. DON’T USE use in my opinion.

Awful service, plates arrived quickly but delaminating a few months later. Emailed and they said would replace but nothing has been sent despite reminding 3 times.

Ordered plates on 14 May 18. No plates have been received and I cannot contact the company, they dont answer emails or the messages that are left. They dont answer the phone. Appalling.

Would give no stars if an option
Promises 'next day' delivery. Placed order on 17th May, received confirmation of order, then nothing. Two weeks later and no response to multiple enquiries, still no number plates. Credit card refund here we come...

Ordered over three weeks ago still not received the plates emailed them four times had no reply having to get in touch with my bank to get my money back stay well clear is my advice
