Compared to some of the negative reviews, we didn't experience anything bad. They took down the measurements, and asked what date we needed the dress, and we needed it quickly. She said as long as I paid for expedite shipping, she would make sure it was here before the date we needed it. I was so nervous, I emailed her several times curious on any shipping updates. She insured me that it would be here and asked to be patient. Sure enough it made it with in two days before we needed it. And it fits my daughter perfect! I appreciate the great upfront personal customer service!!! Thank you!!!!

They use AI and other designer's photos

I found a dress I really liked on their website, but one of their dresses was VERY visibly AI-generated, which waved a massive red flag. I used Google Lens to find the dress I wanted on NorokCulture, for $1,400 more than what they advertised, because it was of higher quality than they would produce.

Very very bad customer service

Very very bad customer service. You cannot speak to a live person. Email and Good luck. Terrible return policy. If you can be approved for a return you pay more in shipping back to China. Not worth the time or money. Nothing in my purchase was favorable. Don't order from here. You will be sorry.

A complete waste of money

This company is terrible. We paid $120 for a homecoming dress for my daughter and then when it arrived it was two sizes two small. There was a two-inch gap between the sides of the zipper on the back even though we ordered a size up from her usual size. When I wanted to return it and buy something that actually fit her, they told me I had to pay to ship it back to China at my own expense or else they offered to just let me keep it and refund me $10(!!!). What a rip off! Buyer beware! I have been ordering dresses online for many years for my daughter and have never experienced this kind of terrible return policy, whether it was from large retailers or small boutiques.

BEWARE - False return policy

The website states that returns are possible on non-custom dresses. However, when I sought to return the dress in the 7 day period for a refund, the company refused. At first, they advised my dress was custom. I responded that we just ordered a size 6 dress with no custom measurements. The next response was that they don't have a return label and I would have to return to China. Then they offered a 10% refund. We would have never bought this dress if we knew that the item could not be returned for a full refund.

Great company. Excellent service. Customer service best I've had in years!! Delivered before due date!

Granddaughter changed her mind on prom dress. Found the 'one' she wanted, and Grandma ordered it. Not realizing the prom is coming on faster and is early April. The company contacted me for measurements, and I realized I should have ordered it way earlier and ordered it mailed quickly.
Lisa assured me the dress was put on rush order, and they sent it air mail. She kept in contact with this grandma as I tried to calm the granddaughter down every day that it's going to be fine. I trusted Lisa completely. The dress arrived April 1st in the evening in a thunderstorm intact! Thank goodness for my ring security camera!
It's beautiful and amazing. Fits perfectly. The detail is amazing and Granddaughter is obsessed with the dress! So much, that she videoed called me after midnight to show me she's wearing it for an hour at home at night! She'd had her hair appointment that day and she wanted to see how it would look with her hair done.
I will post pics the 13th. She looks like a princess in the dress.
I'm so happy for her senior prom, this dress is going to blow her friends and her boyfriend away.

This is a scam - Don't buy from here!

This is a scam! Do not buy from here! The dress didn't fit, it was returned in brand new condition. I was advised to got to the post office and return immediatly by Lisa and then she would refund me. 11 months later the package was returned to me becuase Lisa refused to pick it up from customs (most likely to avoid paying a fee or customs). I am out hundreds for the dress and shipping!

This business is a complete scam

This business is a complete scam. The dresses that they feature are not theirs. I lost over $500 dollars through them after they knowingly sent me the wrong dresses and refused to pay for return shipping.
Return shipping back to china already cost hundreds of dollars.
I tried to dispute the claim with PayPal and my credit card company but this company lied about sending the correct merchandise, only sharing information that painted them in a favourable light.
Do not spend your money with these frauds, you will be out hundreds of dollars.

BEWARE! Paid for expedited shipping, THEY DIDN'T.

I paid for expedited shipping, and it did not expedite. The dress arrived and it was a very cheap knockoff that did not resemble the dress in the image. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I do not recommend this place at all

I do not recommend this place at all. We purchases a dress because they advertised it would be delivered by a specific date, only to receive email that they cannot have it to us on time as advertised online. My daughter’s prom and they wasted crucial time that we could have been shopping else where.

Never again.

Waited longer than expected for a prom dress for my daughter. The reviews on the website itself sounded promising. The custom sizing was a plus. But that is not what we got. The dress came 2 weeks before prom. There were loose threads everywhere. One of the loops to tie the back broke immediately. And “custom fitting” - I don’t know whose measurements they took, but they were nothing close to my daughters. She was heartbroken. Now we are frantically trying to fix this two weeks before prom. Never again!!

I would rate this a zero if I could

I would rate this a zero if I could. Waited over a month until my dress label was created. The customer service was horrible. There were no answers back to my emails unless I emailed like 20 times. Do not make the same mistake I did trying to go cheap. Buy the expensive dress not the fakes. In the end u spend more getting scammed and trying to buy a new dress than buying a nice dress in the start. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A SCAM

BEWARE SCAMMERS

Shipping took weeks, finally received the dress and it was nothing like the photos or description. “Black Strapless Mermaid Sequins Long Prom Dress with Slit “ Came with straps, was not sequin material as described it’s a cheap velvet like material with a sequin sewn on here and there. They were falling everywhere upon taking from DHL bag. Not beading or rhinestones on the bodice. They offer 7 day return, you have to await a response with return address. So I had to get PayPal involved to get that information. She then offered $30 to keep or sell the dress. Lisa refuses to provide prepaid label and shipping to china is $70-140! Please don’t be like me and order trying to save bc in the end you end up losing money even if you can return! I’m still awaiting refund. They need to picture the actual dress they are selling and not pictures stolen from others of legit gowns! I wish I could upload the photos of listing and what I was sent’ nothing close !

The bad dress & worse customer service. A china company

The dress we ordered looked nothing like the picture. It was a very “dated” dress. Then when I’ve tried to return it I have to ship it to china! I thought the company was out of California. Very misleading. Plus they give you the runaround to return it. It’s not worth it. There’s a lot of reputable sites & this is not one.

I order a matric dance dress and the dress looks nothing like it does on the website, it is poor quality and looks like a costume from china town. I sent in my own sizings and the dress is still way too big. Don’t waste your money like I did!!
